Facing southeast on a footpath and green spaces, northwest of the car park, this property is particularly immune to noise.

Joli appartement au calme proche de la mer

Bel appartement, grand et très bien équipé. Donne sur un parc arboré. Très proche de la mer donc pratique pour les enfants, box à vélo sécurisé, pas de parking mais aucun problème pour trouver une place à proximité de la résidence. On recommande pour une famille

Excellentes prestations

Nous venons dans cette location depuis deux ans, en famille. L'appartement est très bien équipé (il ne manque rien), spacieux, lumineux et bien entretenu. La déco est très sympa. Il y a une terrasse avec une belle vue sur la rivière de l'Untxin. La plage et le port sont à cinq minutes (nombreux petits commerces...pas besoin de prendre la voiture...). La propriétaire est disponible et l'accueil est chaleureux. St Jean de Luz est proche et on peut s'y rendre par la route de la corniche (vue imprenable sur le Fort de Socoa et les digues). Magnifique! C'est l'endroit rêvé pour se reposer et découvrir les beautés du Pays Basque... Nous viendrons cette année encore avec beaucoup de plaisir! Location de qualité... à ne pas manquer!
