Well located near the city center, the market and the beach, you can do everything on foot to visit Dinard and even go to St Malo with the sea bus. Living room of 16.50m2, kitchen of 13.50m2, making a total of 30m2 for this living room, newly furnished for convivial moments: bar, large sofa, etc. 13m2 bedrooms with parquet floors. New kitchen and equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster, flat screen TV.
Linens provided for an additional 40 euros.
