Unique rustic Villa, Cool and relax

Casa Margarita is a completely renovated old house with ground, unique in its style. The comfort and warmth of tradition with touches of luxury and modernity!

The house is located in Villaverde, pretty rural village in the north of Fuerteventura, a few kilometers from the best beaches of the island.

The house can accommodate from 2-7 persons: plus a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, large dining room and a fully equipped, has 3 rooms:

suite n. 1: is the master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and the possibility to add or an extra bed or a cot for children!
The bathroom of this suite is the surprise that will surprise you!

Suite n. 2: the cave room. Maintains original wall structure, the feeling is of peace and quiet very relaxing. With double bed and a bed singola. Spacious ensuite bathroom with shower.

Extra Bedroom: is the smallest room without bathroom. It is equipped with a double bed. Room is perfect for younger children, you can change the bed for singola bed or cot. You can use the bathroom in one of the two suite and a toilet which is next to the kitchen.

In the garden with sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing there is a pergola with table to enjoy meals and friendly temperatures offered our island throughout the year.

Beautiful house and location! ☺

This was our first stay at villavede and in this beautiful house and we had an amazing time. The house was spacious and perfect for our holiday inside and out. Inside we had a kingsize bed with a gorgeus bathroom with shower attached which we loved as did our 6 year old. The host was lovely and gave us our space whilst at the same time there should we need her for advice etc. A lovely outside area for relaxing evenings which gave us privacy was appreciated. Overall we will definately return hence the 5 stars.

Boho beauty!

Beautiful stay. The house is in a quiet area, yet it's close to major roads, towns, and beaches. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the gardens are beautiful. Rossella was a great host! We highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Fuerteventura.

Eine zweckmäßige, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca. Die Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan, sodass auch fehlende Dinge sofort herbeigeschafft werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass man überall gut hinkommt.

Wir haben das Haus für zwei Wochen als Familie gemietet und waren sehr begeistert. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist nah an der Hauptstraße und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Liebevoll gestalteter Garten. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

la maison est extraordinaire, super déco, la salle de bain de la grande chambre est vraiment atypique ,grand jardin avec barbecue et très très calme. La maison est située dans le village de Villaverde et une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer .Rosella est super sympa, très accueillante et très discrète. super séjour, merci Rosella

Super funky house - beautiful part of the island

This was our first time renting a private apartment on holiday and were more than happy with our experience. The owner Rosella kept us well informed throughout the reservation and went that extra mile to contact us personally with directions to the property just before our arrival; ensuring we had her contact details should we require any further info when we arrived on the island. Rosella was a wonderful host and gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. We were given a tour of the property and shown how to operate all the appliances we would need. We loved the house instantly- chilled out friendly atmosphere and plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed spending time cooking in the evenings and eating at the candlelit dining table was nice and romantic for us. It was a great pleasure to meet all the local dogs who visited from time to time; usually when the smell of food was in the air. So friendly and really well mannered considering their main priority was to try and steal a cheeky biscuit 😀 The garden was a nice area to sit in the late afternoon and spot the odd kestrel or Hoopoe. Overall we had a fantastic holiday staying in a fabulous property. We had peace, tranquility and never felt disturbed at any point during our 2 week stay - well maybe a bit when the cockerel decided it was time to get up at 5am, lol. We would most definitely stay here again. Our host Rosella was a smashing lassie with a cheery manner. We felt that nothing would be too much trouble and were given good advice on some nice places to visit. Ooooooh and that bathroom is thee best fun EVER!!! Look forward to returning sometime in the next year.. Thankyou Rosella for helping make our holiday 'Pure Dead Brilliant' xxx👌
