Unique Rustic Villa, quite and relaxing. Cosy and familiar atmosphere

Casa Margarita is a completely renovated old house with ground, unique in its style. The comfort and warmth of tradition with touches of luxury and modernity!

The house is located in Villaverde, pretty rural village in the north of Fuerteventura, a few kilometers from the best beaches of the island.

The house can accommodate from 2-7 persons: plus a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, large dining room and a fully equipped, has 3 rooms:

suite n. 1: is the master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and the possibility to add or an extra bed or a cot for children!
The bathroom of this suite is the surprise that will surprise you!

Suite n. 2: the cave room. Maintains original wall structure, the feeling is of peace and quiet very relaxing. With double bed and a bed singola. Spacious ensuite bathroom with shower.

Extra Bedroom: is the smallest room without bathroom. It is equipped with a double bed. Room is perfect for younger children, you can change the bed for singola bed or cot. You can use the bathroom in one of the two suite and a toilet which is next to the kitchen.

In the garden with sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing there is a pergola with table to enjoy meals and friendly temperatures offered our island throughout the year.

Der Aufenthalt bei Rossella war sehr angenehm. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Grundausstattung war super, wir haben nichts vermisst.Zudem ist die Lage sehr ruhig und bestens für Ausflüge geeignet. Der Stellplatz vorm Haus ist super.Im Ort gibt's es direkt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und richtig gute Restaurants!Rossella war herzlich und eine angenehme Gastgeberin.Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wundervolles Haus, schönes Dorf, tolle Vermieterin

Wir hätten uns den Aufenthalt im Haus nicht besser vorstellen können. Alles war wie beschrieben wir hatten alles was für einen tollen Strandurlaub nötig ist. Die Kommunikationit Rosella stellte sich sehr einfach da und sie war immer erreichbar. Auchit kleinen Tipps 😉 Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie für uns gemacht!

Ein altes Haus, in ruhiger Seitenstraße, mit Liebe wieder hergerichtet - nichts für Snobs, aber toll für Leute die das ländliche rustikale lieben. Ein großer Garten mit Sitzecke und Liegestühlen, Parkmöglichkeit fürs Mietauto auf dem Grundstück. Eine Ecke wo das Haus noch unverschlossen verlassen werden kann. Im Haus wohnt völlig separat die Vermieterin, eine ganz freundliche junge Frau. Geht auf Arbeit, sieht man selten, völlig unaufdringlich. Gleich um die Ecke ein Supermarkt mit Vollsortiment, einige sehr gute Gaststätten und in ca. 2 km eine Tankstelle - was brauch der Individualist noch?

perfetta location per una vacanza da sogno!

una casa bellissima, spaziosa, arredata con gusto e molto accogliente... Villaverde è una location bellissima, immersa tra vulcani e una vegetazione deliziosa per una isola per lo più desertica. la casa è dotata di ogni comfort, ben esposta alla luce tutto il giorno, il giardino grandissimo e ricco di tante piante è un piacere da vivere! Rossella una persona deliziosa e pronta ad ogni richiesta. torneremo presto!
