New a fourth bedroom, panoramic parental suite with sea view - swimming pool and golf open as soon as there are more than 6 people
House completely renovated and completed in May 2018 both Berber style and European comfort.
140 m² terrace with a pretty pergola, bar and barbecue on which there is a beautiful infinity pool with panoramic sea views (small pool for young children)
all rooms are equipped with led televisions as well as the living room
The house is fully air conditioned
A housekeeper is present every morning until 2:30 p.m. and more if you ask him (at your expense beyond the agreed times) for meals cleaning and maintenance of the pool (very good cook)

Very restful stay in a nice property

Very nice property. 15 min walk to the Beach. We enjoyed this stay, our kids having surf lessons everyday. Fatima was very kind and prepared delicious local dishes.

Agadir break

The house itself is lovely although a bit away from the town - a car is essential to get around. Communication is difficult as Fatima speaks no English and a little French. She also spends several hours a day at the property which limits personal space a little. A guide to local restaurants and facilities in English would also be helpful for future residents. Overall we enjoyed our stay but things could be improved.

AN INTERESTING EXPERIENCE

The property is lovely but, presumably due to language problems, there were some disappointments. A 'hot tub' was advertised but the property does not have one. The pool is advertised as a swimming pool but it is rather small and actual swimming is not possible. There was some confusion over the number of rooms as the adverts state 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but, apparently, this is only if you have 4 or more people and we were restricted to 3 rooms and 2 of us had to share a bathroom. Apart from these misunderstandings, the house was lovely and Fatima, although we hardly used her services, was lovely. The area is very rubbly with half built and half destroyed building and rubble roads. There are millions of stray dogs and cats in the country and the dogs in our village tended to bark all through the night. The people that we met from Camel drivers, waiters, shopkeepers and police officers (I am retired UK Police) were absolutely brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Food, although a little bland, was very cheap and often worked out at around £5 per head. Driving was not so bad once you master the roundabout priorities and accept that you will find cars and motorbikes, sometimes with out lights, coming toward you on your side of the road if there's is too rough ! The Cable car ride is a must and a camel ride on the beach should not be missed. The souk in Agadir is average so don't expect to find many gems but, again, the people were lovely. Agadir airport is a dream.

Thank you for your appreciation As far as the language barrier is concerned, I can't do anything about it, as Fatima only speaks French and Arabic (I've set up a lexicon to facilitate dialogue between tenants and Fatima - people are very happy with it and find it fun - document available for you). As far as the rental is concerned, there were 4 of you and you slept 6 - the house does indeed have 4 bedrooms, but it is clearly specified that the 4th bedroom is extra when people want it. It is automatic for more than 6 people. I sent you messages to find out if everything was going well, messages that you didn't reply to, if that had been the case I would have asked Fatima to open it for you if you really had a problem - but in the 3 bedrooms you had 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, so I don't understand the problem, especially as this has been a problem for 10 years. At no point in the advert do we propose a whirlpool but an infinity pool. It's not an Olympic-size pool, but then again you're the first to complain about it. But it is possible to swim, as you say, and the small pool is much appreciated by parents with young children. I'm delighted that you liked some of the points about Morocco. In fact, all over Morocco there is a big problem with stray dogs and cats but I can assure you that you were unlucky with the barking as I have no customers who have complained about it. Maison impeccablement entretenue par Fatima qui est une merveilleuse personne et cuisinière.Anne, la propriétaire, est plus que conciliante et apporte de très bons conseils que j’ai eu la chance de suivre. Notre petit tour au Maroc n’aurait certainement pas été le même sans cela.La maison est vraiment top, récente avec le charme du Maroc, très bien équipée.on s’y sent bien et tout est fait au mieux pour que nous n’ayons pas besoin de chercher quoi que ce soit, ne pas hésiter à demander le book à Fatima qui est plein de bonnes adresses et de choses à faire.Les espaces extérieurs (balcons et terrasse) avec tables et chaises en quantité agrémentés de belles plantes permettent à chacun de trouver son espace.La terrasse est grande avec un super patio pour le coucher de soleil Les piscines impeccable et tellement appréciées.Épicerie à 2 pas.La seule chose que nous regrettons c’est de ne pas avoir pu y rester plus longtemps…Merci Anne et Fatima.

Zeer onvriendelijke host

We hadden andere verwachtingen van de woning. We wisten niet dat het om een huis ging met trappen. We hebben aan de host uitgelegd dat mijn moeder invalide is en niet de trap op kon. Dat kon haar niks schelen. Ze verwees naar de fotos van het huis maar daar is geen trap op te zien. We moesten dus onderdak vinden voor mijn moeder. We hebben mijn moeder moeten onderbrengen in een appartement. De host wilde ons op geen enkele manier tegemoet komen. Na veel berichten over en weer begon ze te schelden en noemde mij een ezel. Verder is de foto van het zwembad erg misleidend. Ze heeft de foto vanaf een bepaald punt genomen zodat het mooi en groot lijkt. Maar het is niet meer dan een kinderzwembad op het dakterras. Het directe uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is ook niet denderend. Huizen in de omgeving hadden inkijk op het dakterras waardoor je helemaal geen privacy had. De straten zíjn onverhard en onderweg naar het huis veel gaten in de weg. Ondanks dat de huishoudster goed poetste kwam er een zeer onaangename geur uit het douchputje en het rook alsof je met rioleringwater aan het douchen was. Als je douchte liep het water niet in het putje waardoor je in je eigen douchewater stond. Ook waren er veel mieren aanwezig in de keuken ondanks dat de huishoudster goed poetste. Verder is er geen sprake van een vierde kamer. Wíj waren met 5 personen maar de host zei dat de 4de kamer pas beschikbaar was vanaf 6 personen en dan moest je ook nog commissie daarover betalen.

Séjour exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans cette magnifique villa décorée avec goût ! L’atout majeur de cette maison est la grande terrasse avec piscine, transats et salon, le tout donnant sur une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous nous y sentons très bien. Fatima, qui est en charge de la maison, est une charmante personne très souriante et serviable et surtout une excellente cuisinière ! Très bonne communication avec Madame Lepage qui a su nous donner tous les conseils et informations pour passer un excellent séjour. Cette villa est un excellent choix pour passer de superbes vacances !

Super voyage

Location dans un village très accueillant et très dépaysant. il y règne un sentiment de quiétude, tout en étant au coeur même de la vie marocaine. le riad très bien situé avec un belle vue, très agréable, et Fatima est exceptionnelle. Séjour exceptionnel avec prestations dignes d'un grand hotel.

Une villa avec très gros niveau de prestations. Une piscine chauffée à 30 degrés vient compléter une terrasse qui reste la pièce de vie principale de la location. Tous nos invités qui ont pu venir ce mois de mai 2024 pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma femme auraient bien ramené en France Fatima qui reste le petit bijou du séjour, avec ses petits déjeuners incroyables (galettes, pancakes, omelettes, jus d'orange), du niveau des meilleurs hôtels, ses couscous, tagines, dont nous nous souviendrons bien longtemps et surtout la gentillesse à l'état pur. Nous reviendrons rapidement. Merci également à Mme Lepage pour tous ses conseils sur la région. Mme et M. PICART

Magnifique Riad avec tout le confort ,propre et tres bien entretenu au quotidien par Fatima qui est l’atout majeur de ce Riad elle a été au petit soins avec nous et nos enfants qui se sont attachés à elle naturellement Une magnifique vu et un endroit idéal pour les familles car très au calme Merci à Fatima pour sa patience et sa gentillesse et surtout pour son excellente cuisine nous nous sommes régalé tout au long du séjour A refaire

An sich ein schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist von innen ein Kunstwert sn marokkanischer Kultur, auch die Haushälterin verdient mehr als Sterne, Sie war mehr als zuvorkommend und über aus höflich. Leider befindet sich das Haus in einer Lage die zu Fuß ca 20-25 entfernt ist, was auf dem Foto etwas täuschen kann, definitiv zu hoher Preis für diese Lage. An sich aber eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie gehabt. Danke schön

Awesome stay at tamraght

The house is in a very good condition and has got an awesome roof top terrace. It does get a bit cold inside when the temperature drops outside. The kitchen is well equipped and the small local stores are just around the corner. The house makes a great base for a maroccan (surfing) holiday but it's actual jewel is Fatima who does the housekeeping and is an excellent(!) cook. The traditional food was exceptional... every time. We are looking forward to coming back for another holiday in marocco.

Parfait!
