The apartment is split over two floors and outside there is a garden with barbecue and a wonderful view.
The ground floor has an entrance hall with dining room (high chair for children, available), double sofa bed, satellite TV, wifi,

Very nice apartment

We loved the apartment and the view from the private garden. Easy walking distance to two excellent restaurants. Jeane Pierre was very responsive - we had one issue with hot water and he had it resolved within minutes! Another time we locked ourselves out of the apartment by mistake and again he was there with a spare key in minutes. A great stay and wonderful place!

Clean very nice location and very helpful owners

Everything was very nice, note the twin beds are a walk through of the double bed and are more suited for kids than adults. Nice patio area to sit on nice afternoons, with views of lake.

Charming, very clean home, very beautiful views. Owner and his mom were very helpful and kind.

Tranquil setting to relax and just enjoy a less hectic pace. Kitchen is well equipped to make meals, which we did 1 night, as the restaurant across the street was closed(closest place to eat without a car). The washer was also a great plus, as we've been traveling for 3 weeks. Easy to take the bus to Bellagio, then ferries to Menaggio and Varenna.

Fabulous holiday home with stunning views.

Property is beautiful. Everything you need is provided, including bbq necessities. There is a garage to park in which is really handy as there aren't many spaces around. The owner, Jean-Pierre, was very welcoming and on hand should you need any assistance. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Setting on Lake Como

This is an absolute jem of a cottage with great views from every window. Jean-Pierre is a ray of sunshine. He makes everything so easy for his guests. The booking process went well and Jean-Pierre communicates prior to your arrival. He met us at the cottage right on schedule and explained everything about the house and answered our questions about the bus and boats. We did not have a car and could have easily taken a bus to the cottage, but we opted to use a taxi and really enjoyed the drive. The cottage is a short walk part way up a hill from the main road that winds from Como along the lake. You open the gate, which locks when you close it for extra security, and you find yourself in a small, lovely garden that is as clean as the inside of the house. It was wonderful to sit at the large table in the evening sipping our wine. Once inside you will marvel at the cleanliness of this home. Everything is pristine. You have a nice sized living area with a large dining table. The tv and WiFi work great. There is a full kitchen that is well equipped for cooking. We appreciated having a dishwasher. I would suggest that you bring food with you, however, as there is only a small mini Mart across from the cottage. They can provide things for breakfast and lunch, but you might want more for dinners. We ate dinner at the Helvetia Hotel across the street and it was fine. They do make pizza for take-out which we did one night, too. Upstairs you will find better views of the lake from the two bedrooms which are comfortable. The bathroom is very good. There is plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. The washing machine works great and there are drying racks that hang from the balcony for drying your clothes. The weather was cool in the evenings so we did use the heating system to take the chill off. We loved walking around Lezzeno. We took one of the boats from the dock just down from the church and bell tower to the end of the lake and back. It stops at several of the other towns, so it is possible to get off and explore if you care to do so. Jean-Pierre made a point of coming to see us the night before we left. He brought his wife and daughter to meet us as well. They are quite simply some of the nicest people you will ever meet. We would definitely choose this home again and would plan to stay longer should we return to Lake Como. We will recommend it to our family and friends.

Maison confortable, bien équipée, très propre. Jean Pierre est tres disponible pour répondre aux questions et donner des conseils. Le garage fermé est très appréciable. La région est magnifique, même sous la pluie... Route le long du lac parfois étroite. C'est quand même facile de circuler mais c'est mieux d'avoir une petite voiture.

Bellissima Casa

Neues Haus mit allem modernen Komfort, sehr sauber, mit Seeblick. Komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit Garage, A6 Kombi passt rein. Lezzeno ist offensichtlich kein Tourismus-Hotspot. Wer das sucht, ist nach ein paar Km in Bellagio.Freundlicher Vermieter, spricht auch Französisch.Wir haben den leider nur kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Jean-Pierre!genossen

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Toller Blick auf den See, kleiner Laden in der Nähe. Nicht weit bis Bellagio, Lecco und Como. Fähre nah im Ort. Die Straßen sind sehr eng. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter nahm uns persönlich in Empfang und verabschiedete uns evenfalls persönlich. Kostenloser Zugang zum See mit kleinem Steinstrand. feste Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Lezzeno. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht. Sogar Begrüßungsgetränke und Wein und Bier auf Vorrat vom Vermieter gestellt! Dadurch brauchten wir das nicht extra einkaufen. Es waren nur wenige Meter zum See und zum kleinen Minimarkt. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

Lässt kaum zu wünschen übrig!

Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und besitzt eine sehr moderne und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lediglich die Lage könnte besser sein: Das Haus befindet sich zwar in einem idyllischen, kleinen Ort, mehr als einen Minimarkt und einige Restaurants gibt es für Touristen jedoch nicht. Trotzdem alles in allem äußerst empfehlenswert!

Maison agréable avec vue sur le Lac de Come. très bien équipée et coquette, cuisine fonctionnelle, très propre avec un accueil charmant de la part du propriétaire et sa maman ainsi que sa disponibilité. Commerces de proximité . Garage a disposition très pratique. La situation de la maison proche de Bellagio permet de prendre des bâteaux qui traversent le lac pour visiter quelques jolies villes et jardins .Nous avons particulièrement aimé Varena et sa Villa Monastéro au beau jardin. Ces bateaux sont fort pratiques, cela évite d'utiliser sa voiture. Très belle région au climat agréable. Je ne peux que recommander cette location. Merci encore Jean-Pierre. Françoise et sa famille.

Sehr saubere und nettes kleines Häuschen

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sehr um seine Mieter. Die Lage ist echt super nur 100 Meter vom See entfernt. Das Haus liegt auch gut für einen Tagestrip nach Mailand (auto). Alles in allem werden wir bei Gelegenheit sicherlich nochmals dort vorbei schauen.

EXCELLENTE LOCATION

Cette maison est très bien équipée , spécialement la cuisine avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (très rare dans les locations). TV et wifi fonctionne très bien. La vue est très belle et le propriétaire très sympathique et serviable , se déplaçant très vite pour vous rendre service. A noter, très appréciable,la vente de tickets de bus vous évitant d'acheter dans le bus directement car plus cher. Tout est pensé pour y être agréable. Je précise tout de même que la route pour accéder à Lezzeno est très difficile la SP 583 et dangereuse pour ceux qui ont le vertige . nous recommandons cette location pour les équipements et la gentillesse du propriétaire qui met également un parking a votre disposition (indispensable dans le coin). merci a Jean Pierre Cordialement les Martin

Fantastic! Didn't Want to Leave!

I cannot write enough great things about this property. First of all - the owner is the true definition of hospitality. When we arrived he met us at the pier with his daughter and a welcome sign (so cute!). he took us up to the house and also showed us along the way where the bus stop is located and nearby convenience store. This is in a quiet neighborhood and very spacious for just the 2 of us. The outdoor space was truly priceless and memorable. There is a BBQ pit and we enjoyed drinking some local wine from the convenience store and looking out over the lake in the evening. The bedrooms on the second floor have a view straight to the lake and a Juliet balcony - I recommend sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the fresh air :-) Going back to the owner - he checked in with us, had so many brochures/maps/info available in the unit. There was even a surprise for us in the fridge. He helped us with bus tickets and figuring out the schedule - he truly thinks of everything. Place was very clean. Walking distance to a few local restaurants, but definitely more residential area. The only downside (although there really weren't any) is that if you plan to stay out late - make sure you have transportation because the buses, ferries, and taxi's stop quite early - but we also weren't there in peak season, so maybe that changes. Excellent well equipped house in a village near Bellagio

The house is well equipped and comfortable. We used the train from Milan to Como and then caught the C30 bus going to Bellagio getting off at the station to bus stop 5 in Lezzeno. The house has about 20 steps to access it so not ideal if you have mobility issues. The photos are accurate and Jean Paul is a wonderful host. We even had wine with an honesty box! The house is spotlessly clean, good kitchen, lovely outdoor area, comfortable bed, washing machine and dishwasher.There is a mini market for essentials across the road and a butchers. The ferries leave from the middle of the village( turn right and walk for 10 mins) We visited Bellagio, Varenna and Como by boat. The Monastere Gardens in Varenna are worth a visit. Stocked up at a great supermarket in Bellagio - tricky to find so ask Jean Pierre for clear directions If you go by bus stay on after the Lido stop and get off near the school on its way back to Como. The food at the Helvetia Hotel opposite is nice and reasonably priced.The house is perfect for a couple or a family. The. 2 bedrooms are upstairs with the twin room accessed from the double bedroom. There is a sofa bed downstairs. We managed easily without a car and a car might be a disadvantage on the narrow roads but would mean you could go further afield . Getting around thr lake is easiest by boat. Bus stop is very nearby to Como or Bellagio. Frequent service. It was busy when we were there in early June and we understand it gets very busy in August. A few bars and restaurants. Nice to be away from the busyness of the main resorts but close enough to visit. Nice walks around the village. Jean Pierre was very easy to book with and met us when we arrived and left. His mother lives next door and is lovely and helpful. The house is quiet in a village setting so other houses around . Lovely garden area with a gorgeous jasmine hedge and loungers, table and chairs.

thank you thank you so much as always, my family and I are happy that you enjoyed your stay. as always, I do everything possible to make my tourist friends feel good. as said to my house you can get there by car or on foot. since the bus and boats are enough to get around Lake Como. a very nice, friendly and sociable English couple. they left the house in perfect order. Comme à la maison

Maison confortable et très bien aménagée, avec tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin, sans parler de l'accueil exceptionnel de Jean-Pierre Molinari et de sa mère. Lezzeno est situé à proximité de Bellagio, d'où des ferries peuvent acheminer voiture et personnes vers la rive orientale et la rive occidentale du lac de Côme. Très pratique. Excellent séjour à Lezzeno.

merci, merci beaucoup. nous sommes heureux que vous vous trouviez bien. pour moi l'hospitalité est la première chose vers le touriste. c'est la première chose avec le soin de la maison. Notre maison est pratique, confortable. avec la commodité du restaurant, le mini-marché et la plage, à 50 mètres. merci beaucoup.
