Haus hat kleine Mängel und könnte mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Ansonsten super Lage direkt am Meer macht vieles wett. Insgesamt nzu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, leider sehr schlecht gepflegt

Die Lage in erster Reihe am Wasser ist hervorragend, der Strand gigantisch, der Platz ausreichend, die Ausstattung grundsätzlich ok. Leider war die Wohnung aber sehr schmutzig, so dass der erste Urlaubsabend darin bestand zum carrefour zu fahren, Putz- und Desinfektionsmittel zu kaufen und dann die Ärmel hochzukrempeln. Ein völlig verdrecktes Bad, ein ramponiertes WC und kiloweise Staub, Sand und Haare in den Betten und Ecken mindern den Genuss. Wir haben die Wohnung so blitzblank hinterlassen, wie wir sie gerne vorgefunden hätten. Tipp: Dringend Putzfrau wechseln!

Bonjour, Lors de la prise en main et de l inventaire ces observations n ont pas été faites au près de la personne qui réceptionne et accueille les locataires. Il n y a jamais eu de reclamation de ce genre et plusieurs locataires reviennent d année en Année. Cette personne m'a menacée de mettre un commentaire désastreux si je ne l indemnisais pas.

Tolles Haus, super Lage. Wunderbarer Ort um gechillt Uraub zu machen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch ausgezeichnet.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Hauteville sur mer est une station balnéaire pas trop touristique, mais fort sympathique. La maison est très bien située sur le front de mer entre l'école de voile et la plage d'un côté et les commerces et restaurants de l'autre, tous facilement accessibles à pied. Dotée d'une grande baie vitrée, elle permet de profiter pleinement des paysages sublimes qu'offre la mer aussi bien à marée haute que basse. La maison est très bien équipée, même si un petit coup de jeune dans le mobilier et les aménagements ne ferait pas de mal. Le manque d'entretien des espaces extérieurs est également regrettable, mais la vue splendide (ah ces couchers de soleil!) fait vite tout oublier!

To note the presence of another apartment situated in ground floor for 4 peoples: Possibility of renting all the house
