THE HOUSE COTINIERE

Located on the island of Oléron and near the beaches, this house is the promise of exotic holidays and relaxing on one of the most beautiful islands along the Atlantic coast.
With 2 bedrooms, this house of 63 m² can accommodate up to 6 people for a family vacation with children on the edge of the ocean.
The house consists of a main room with lounge, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a sunny terrace and vis-à-vis. Many equipment contribute to a successful holiday:

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la Cotinière. Le temps était magnifique. La maison est proche du centre, même à pied ce qui permet d'aller chercher le pain tous les matins et de revenir à pied après un resto. Facilité de parking. Proche des autres axes routiers et des grands magasins. Maison bien équipée. Un petit matelas pour les transats extérieurs seraient les bienvenus. Nous reviendrons !

Sejour sur l'ile d'Oléron

Malgrés un temps peu adéquat, nous avons passé un très sejour. La maidon est idéale pour des petits avec l'espace extérieur clos. Très bien équipée. C'est parfait. Au calme!! Pas loin des plages.
