Modern house of 70 m² composed of a large living room and ONE bedroom, The Lounge is exposed South / West and gives directly on a private terrace with garden.

Quiet cozy house in central location

The house was modern, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and is conveniently close to the supermarket. Places around the island can be reached easily. Rudy was very easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a pleasant stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the property and hose.

Le logement est confortable, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé. Le centre ville est situé à proximité à pied.. Et pour visiter l'île en vélo, c'était l'idéal.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location cosy très bien équipée. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter l‘île et ses plages. Rudy est un hôte parfait. Absolument à recommander.

Bonitos días en Oleron

La casa esta muy bien , tal y como se ven en la fotos, la terraza cambia un poquito ya que la vegetación ha crecido. Es una terraza soleada y muy bien equipada. La equipación de la casa está de 10 no falta de nada. Hemos esta una semana completa y muy bien. Rudy es atento y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. No habla español.

Quelques jours de sérénité

Suite à un accueil vraiment sympathique et un espace de vie dès plus agréable, nous avons profité de la situation centrale de notre logement sur l'île pour rayonner autour de ce dernier malgré un temps plus incertain. Nous vous recommandons vraiment ce séjour.

Super séjour à Oléron

Location très agréable et bien placée pour sillonner l'île. Les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses et souvent bien séparées des routes. On a bien apprécié d'être en dehors des dates scolaires pour profiter tranquillement des plages et des balades avec une météo au top. Logement très confortable ,vaste pour deux et bien équipé. A bientôt Oléron.

Location confortable et idéalement située

Logement conforme à la description, agréablement conçu, bien tenu et équipé. Sa situation centrale nous a permis de rayonner facilement sur toute l’île avec nos vélos électriques. Son agréable terrasse nous a permis de profiter des belles journées de soleil en ce début de saison. Merci à Rudy pour son accueil attentionné. Nous avons passé un excellent moment

Escapade à St Pierre d'Oléron

Le lounge est un logement neuf,agréable, clair,fonctionnel, bien agencé et bien équipé. La cuisine est adaptée aux vacanciers aimant cuisiner. Endroit calme à l'écart de la route. Terrasse bien orientée. Un range vélo est disponible devant la maison. Bien situé : près des commerces et pistes cyclables. Rudy est réactif et disponible.
