FOR FAMILIES UP TO 9. NO YOUTH GROUPS
ONLY FOR FAMILIES UP TO 9 PEOPLE. NO YOUTH GROUPS. Very new apartment almost brand new, 3 VERY LARGE ROOMS. GOOD QUALITIES. Central air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave. Accommodation for a maximum of 9 PEOPLE. Marina de la Torre Golf Course area about 700 meters from the beach and about 10 minutes by car from the club area. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Sheets and towels NOT INCLUDED (you must bring them with you). There are 6 beds of 90 and two of 150. There is a complete bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and an additional shower. The configuration of the rooms is, two of them inside the apartment and a third exterior and independent, in front of it with three exterior windows and portable air conditioning unit. Please respect the rules of coexistence and community. Underground garage space for large vehicle included. Nice terrace with beautiful views of the Golf course.
