- little delicious garden with local flowers and around you a hill with ancient olive trees and a few houses because you are in an area with an environmental constraint.
- you can go to Azur riviera in French 1 hour; you can visit many nice medieval villages on the nearby hill.
- in the kitchen there is dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee machine Bialetti, long coffee machine Nespresso machine, toast, washing machine.
- In the living room you can see the sea lying on the sofa.
- in the bedrooms there are 2 large wardrobes, a ventilator, a queen bed and 2 single beds
- In the bathroom there are a shower and towels for you
- in the garden there are one sunbeam and two deckchair

Our place is uniquely located in a strategic area, you'll be able to visit both Cost of flowers and Cost d'Azur ( one hour ), to walk in the grove's hills, to do 20km. of cycling lane along the sea from Santo Stefano to Sanremo ( rent bycicles ),to walk in the woods of 'Park Ciapà' at Cervo to Evigno; to visit 'Villa la Pergola' at Alassio; to eat in taverns end restaurants.
