beautiful holiday home in the central area

Large and comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of a new residence in Corso Italia, just 500 meters from Corso Roma and only 5 minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches.
The happy location also facilitates small trips to the most beautiful places in Salento: Otranto, Lecce, Santa Cesarea, Porto Cesareo, Santa Maria Leuca, Castro, etc.

Ideal to accommodate from 2 to 6 people, the apartment consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a large and bright living room with equipped wall, TV, stereo system and, if necessary, sofa bed. For this reason, the house is comfortable and rational for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6. The house has a washing machine, iron, mosquito nets on the fixtures.
On request we can provide garage for the car, otherwise there are no difficulties for parking outside.

Tourist tax to be paid locally 1 euro per person per day exempt minors 18 + 50 euro security deposit per person which will be returned at the end of the stay; in high season we only accept bookings from saturday to saturday.

Vacanza bellissima

Casa ottima!

Ho soggiornato qui con 3 amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La casa ci è stata fatta trovare pulitissima. È molto spaziosa, silenziosa e ha tutto l’occorrente. Il sig. Luca è stato davvero disponibile e cordiale durante tutto il soggiorno. Super consigliata!!

Casa molto confortevole, spaziosa e pulita.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno in quel di Gallipoli, città meravigliosa. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Luca. il proprietario che ci ha subito messo a nostro agio. E' stato da subito disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta anche durante tutto il soggiorno. L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, tale e quale alla descrizione. La cucina è provvista di tutto ciò si può avere bisogno per cucinare. Le camere sono molto spaziose, con ampi armadi. Degna di nota è la presenza dei due bagni, soprattutto per le famiglie numerose. L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. La città di Gllipoli merita senz'altro di essere visitata. Un ennesimo ringraziamento va a Luca per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Ottimo appartamento

Ho soggiornato qui con altre 4 amiche nel periodo tra luglio e Agosto. La casa è grande, spaziosa, luminosa e in un residence tranquillo. La posizione è buona, spostandoci in bicicletta in 10 minuti potevamo raggiungere sia baia verde sia il centro di Gallipoli. Gentilissimi i proprietari, sia nell'accoglienza, nell'aggiunta di un quinto letto di cui avevamo bisogno, e nel darci consigli utili riguardo la vacanza. Lo consiglio!

Ottimo appartamento. (Ciro.Napoli)

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque, ma potevamo essere in sette perché la casa è grande e offre tutti i servizi. Buona disposizione logistica, nei dintorni c'è di tutto esempio: supermercati, negozi, mercatino rionale, farmacie e a soli cinque minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro. Proprietario disponibile e accogliente.

Eravamo in sei persone e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di spazio essendo le camere spaziose ed appartamento dotato di due bagni. Proprietario molto disbonibile e gentile. Ottima posizione, vicino a supermercati e al centro di Gallipoli. Tutto conforme alle aspettative.

Consigliato

In primis diciamo che il proprietario il sig. Luca e' una persona educata disponibile e gentile, tanto che al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto anche trovare delle bibite fresche in frigo. L'appartamento e' situato al pian terreno di un complesso residenziale, in una zona tranquilla, e' molto spazioso, composto da un ampio ingresso con cucina e sala, 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto matrimoniali. Non e' provvisto di posto auto privato, ma la strada principale e quelle adiacenti garantiscono sempre il parcheggio. L' appartamento dista circa 200 mt da un supermercato e circa 2 km dal centro storico di Gallipoli e ci si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi percorrendo via roma da dove inizia già la movida. Noi avendo due bambini piccoli abbiamo preferito la macchina, e nonostante fossimo capitati nei giorni di festa patronale del paese abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio.

NON POTEVAMO CHIEDERE DI MEGLIO

Al nostro arrivo la casa si è presentata in perfetto stato, è spaziosa e completa di tutto il necessario, l'ideale per 4 persone. I supermercati sono vicini (5-10 minuti a piedi), così come il parcheggio per il centro città e l'ingresso per la super strada. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di richiesta, ci hanno consigliato posti ottimi per cenare un paio di sere ed indicato la strada per spiagge bellissime. Prezzo ottimo per tutto (qualità, posizione, disponibilità). Consigliatissimo. Giacomo

Appartamento molto spazioso(camere e bagni molto ampi),curato,ordinato e pulito!4 persone è il numero ideale.Sito in un residence molto curato al primo piano.Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni questione.Al nostro arrivo aveva pure preparato bevande fresche in frigo per ristorarci del lungo viaggio.Il giorno della partenza,non essendoci altri arrivi,il proprietario ha lasciato che scegliessimo l'orario a noi più consono per la partenza.Rapporto qualità-prezzo-cordialità ottimo!Averlo trovato è stata una vera fortuna!Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti.In 5 minuti si raggiunge la stazione dei bus se non si ha voglia di spostarsi in auto.Spiagge tutte fantastiche.A presto per la vacanza 2.0 :-)

Ottima vacanza !!!!!

Bellissimo appartamento con ampio salone e grandi camere . Situato sul corso principale avente tutti i servizi a portata di mano . Zona tranquilla e a pochi minuti dal mare. I proprietari di casa sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta . Il posto è molto bello ve lo consigliamo . Noi eravamo 4 ragazzi e siamo stati benissimo .
