The accommodation can be used with or without a car. The city center bus is free, most other buses are € 1 and cover the whole department.
You access on foot (300m) all urban amenities: restaurants, cinemas, theater, monoprix, shops, 2 typical markets, ...) In the historic center, this city apartment also has the advantage of offering a very pleasant outdoor space. This patio is equipped for moments of relaxation and outdoor dining (enameled cast iron plancha).
15 minutes away, Canet with its fine sandy beach is very family friendly.

As the apartment is usually occupied, if you wish, you can use the various household or even basic food products pending.

Cosy retreat in the centre of Perpignan

A wonderful, well kept flat in an original early 20th century building in the centre of Perpignan. As a special treat, there's a courtyard as well, ideal for relaxing and eating outside, on the shade. We felt very well looked after by our kind hostess, Christiane.

Great apartment, lovely owner

It was our first stay in Perpignan so we weren't sure what to expect. We needn't have worried - Christiane the owner is delightful, she welcomed us warmly at the station, drove us to the apartment and spent ages showing us around and giving us lots of information on all the local attractions, the various bus routes/destinations ( all for 1 euro in some cases!) and the "Moroccan" market ( v cheap and fresh!!)The apartment itself is charming, very "French", well equipped and five minutes walk from town centre. The garden is a veritable suntrap and a lovely place for outdoor meals. We had a fantastic time and visited some great places - Collioure, Canet le plage and Barcelona, all easily accessible by bus or train. Will definitely stay again, can't praise Christiane enough!

Très bon pied à terre à Perpignan

Très bel accueil de Christiane! L'appartement est très confortable pour deux. Jardin apaisant. Il est surtout à quelques pas de la vieille ville. Nous ne regrettons rien! Merci Christiane!

Un appartement dans une belle maison à deux pas du centre

Très agréable séjour dans une belle maison art déco de Perpignan. L'appartement est situé idéalement au rez de chaussée, est parfaitement équipé et s'ouvre sur un très agréable patio où règne un majestueux palmier. A deux pas du vieux centre historique, il est idéal pour visiter et découvrir cette belle ville du Sud et bénéficier de ses concerts de musique gratuits durant l'été : une belle scène musicale!

A charming home away from home

From the moment Christiane welcomed us in to her lovely apartment we knew we had made the right choice. Though we arrived hot and tired after a long drive from Lyon, we immediately felt relaxed and at home. Christiane provided the essentials to satisfy our immediate food requirements and gave us some welcoming information and instructions. Her apartment has a lovely history and we shared our kitchen meals with the two portraits of her grandparents. The courtyard off the kitchen is a veritable Oasis after a long day of visiting the nearby attractions or wandering the winding alleys of the old town. Christiane and her apartment are delightful.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento pieno di fascino nel centro storico di Perpignan. La casa è ben arredata e accessoriata. Madame Christiane ci ha messo a disposizione la biancheria da bagno, per i letti, la cucina e persino i teli per il mare, oltre a spezie per cucinare, il suo olio, ecc. La casa è risultata piuttosto fresca nonostante le temperature elevate. Christiane ci ha dato anche molti dépliant in francese e guide turistiche in inglese e francese per aiutarci a scegliere tra le molte cose da fare e posti da visitare nei dintorni. La zona è meravigliosa per amanti del mare, della natura e dell'arte. Non perdetevi le attività dei giovedì estivi a Perpignan: una vera sorpresa! Il parcheggio nel quartiere non ci ha dato problemi ed era gratuito. Il divano-letto è adatto a bambini o ragazzini leggeri. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno in questo appartamento!

Authentic French apartment

We were made to feel very welcome in this lovely apartment which really is a home from home. Christiane and her sister ( who very kindly picked us up from the airport) made sure we knew about everything in the apartment. It was lovely to have such an excellent outdoor space too. Very welcome on the warm days. The apartment is in a good situation, not far to walk to the central areas. A car isn't necessary as the euro bus is very good for taking you to the coastal areas which are well worth a visit. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would use it again and recommend it.

Gîte rustique et confortable

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour que nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé de deux jours. Notre hôte est accueillante, elle est même venue nous chercher à la gare. Équipements fonctionnels, architecture de la bâtisse originale et une belle cour pour des 5 à 7 réussis. On est près du cœur touristique, ce qui était important puisque que nous n'avions pas de voiture. Le transport en commun est bien organisé en centre ville mais aussi pour rejoindre les centres touristiques plus en région sur la côte notamment. J'y retournerai si l'occasion se présente. Merci

Idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre ville de Perpignan, l'appartement est agréable, vivant,confortable et parfaitement équipé. Le vrai plus est le jardin patio qui permet de profiter du soleil et de passer de bons moments à l'extérieur. Propriétaires chaleureux, accueillants et à l'écoute. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Perpignan et avons regretté de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps. L'accueil est parfait (nous sommes pourtant arrivés un peu en avance...), la location est très fidèle aux photos, propre et très bien équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous sommes régalé avec l'huile d'olive maison! De plus la cour est très agréable et propice à la détente. Madame Séguin est une personne chaleureuse, disponible et soucieuse de votre bien être et de votre confort. Tout était prêt pour accueillir notre petit bout de 2 ans: lit parapluie avec matelas confortable, tapis de bain (neuf), rehausseur WC, caisses de jouets et même une piscine que Madame Séguin avait pris la peine de gonfler... Cela nous a beaucoup plu. Le seul tout petit inconvénient est le fait que nous devons un peu tourner dans le quartier pour nous garer mais nous trouvons finalement de la place assez rapidement. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette location et l'avons déjà recommandée à nos proches...
