Wonderful house!

We loved everything about our stay. The house is large and comfortable, and the views are absolutely stunning. The pool and garden are wonderful - and we fortunately had the weather to put them to good use! Great access to hikes - and an easy trip up to Chamonix.

Great place for 8 of us ranging from 6 years to 53! Pool was so welcome as it was so hot. Rooms were lovely, everything we needed was there. Catherine was very helpful and friendly. Stunning location and a home from home. Thanks Catherine!

Comfortable house with nice garden

The house was big, comfortable, clean, well equipped. It has a nice, small garden with pool (that we didn't use because we came in winter time). The only reason that the rating is not 5 stars is because the location of the house is different than indicated on the site - it is not in Sallanches but just outside in the direction of Passy. It's close to a rather big road and around 500m from the highway.

Lovely villa with stunning views of Mont Blanc

We spent a week at this villa and we enjoyed every minute. The views are exceptional and the photos on the site don't do it justice. We just stared in awe at Mont Blanc every evening. The villa itself is very clean and well equipped, there was nothing we couldn't find. Each bedroom had a view of Mont Blanc, the bathroom was superb with a lovely dressing room attached. The kitchen and living room were also wonderful with a nice open plan layout. The outdoor area was very spacious, plenty of seating areas with a well-sized pool and a decent BBQ. The area around the villa was beautiful, both around Sallanches and further afield, with Geneva one hour away, Chamonix 20 minutes to the south and Annecy an hour to the west.

Cucina attrezzata ma di basso livello c’era tutto ma non adatta per chi sa cucinare , i fornelli funzionavano male , le pentole erano davvero messe in malo modo , c’erano tantissimi piatti ma tendenzialmente quasi tutti vecchi e scheggiati.Le camere erano pulite ma con un arredamento davvero obsoleto. Forse meno mobili e più gusto

La note de 8 sur 10 n’est pas vraiment en adéquation avec le commentaire. Effectivement mon logement n’est pas équipé d’un robot ménager hi-tech, d’une machine à café expresso dernière génération ou encore d’un robot aspirateur comme souhaité. Un service complet pour les fêtes de fin d’année n’a visiblement pas été apprécié. Il est regrettable qu’il n’y ait également aucune remarque sur la baignoire balneo mise à disposition, ni l’autorisation de garer sur un parking privé durant une semaine une voiture supplémentaire non autorisée dans le règlement intérieur.

Chalet parfait pour visiter la haute Savoie. Bien situé, au calme. A proximité des commerces. Piscine non chauffée mais très agréable au mois d’août.Le chalet est très bien équipé. Le wifi était faible malgré les routeurs. Nous n’avons pas utilise la cheminée mais le salon était prometteur pour les soirées d’hiver.Les chambres sont spacieuses et les photos correspondent à la réalité. Le jardin est encore mieux que sur les photos avec plein de petits coins pour que chacun trouve sa tranquillité. Catherine a été très accueillante et bien qu’elle habite à côté, elle a été très discrète. Je recommande vivement ce chalet.

Un séjour incroyable dans un chalet confortable, très bien équipé, avec de nombreuses activités possibles dans le jardin lui même : baignade dans une piscine exceptionnelle ( avec vue imprenable sur le mont blanc), ping pong, pétanque, balançoire pour les petits et différents endroits ombragés pour se reposer entre adultes. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. La proximité avec les Commerces et le centre ville de Sallanches, charmant, est un réel atout. Les lacs tout proches permettent des loisirs d’eau variés, et bien sûr les balades en montagne sont accessibles à tous les niveaux : familial ou confirmé.Nous recommandons sans réserve ce logement avec vue exceptionnelle!

Tres beau chalet bonne accueille correspond a l annonce dommage que la vallee soit autant fréquenté par les hélicoptères . Tres belle piscines ping pong , pétanque il ne manque rien wifi un peu faible mais ns etions 8 .Merci

Merci pour ce commentaire. Les hélicoptères sont ceux du PGHM de Chamonix et de la sécurité civile dans le cadre de secours en montagne, l’hôpital étant à Sallanches. Il y a malheureusement encore trop d’imprudence en haute montagne, qui n’est pas accessible à tous. Je note pour le débit wifi et vais tenter de l’améliorer.

Sublime !

Le chalet est le dernier de l'impasse, nous avons été au calme lors de notre séjour. Arrivée avec système boîte à clé perso je trouve ça pratique (si Catherine n'est pas là. Elle réside à côté). Le chalet est décoré avec goût, très bons équipements tant pour la cuisine, les literies. Le jardin est juste incroyable avec sa piscine, coin pour les enfants, des salons, le terrain de boules, très bien arboré fleuri. Les photos sur le site sont conformes, c'est même mieux. Nous avons pris nos petits déj et repas sur la grande terrasse avec le Mont Blanc en fond de tableau. Nous avons utilisé le bbq à gaz pour nos grillades parfait !!! pas de point négatif, je recommande vivement. Un grand merci à Catherine accueillante, disponible et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Belle semaine à Sallanches - Vacances d'hiver

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ensoleillée aux portes du Mont Blanc.Le chalet est très beau, bien équipé et très pratique. Nous avons apprécié : - Les équipements de cuisine- La grande table- Le salon près de la cheminée (Par contre, il faisait trop chaud dans l'appartement pour bien en profiter)- Les salles de bain- Les chambres (un lit double avait l'inconvénient d'être accolé contre le mur ou se situait la VMC, mais la propriétaire l'a gentiment arrêté).- La communication avec la propriétaire qui était fort sympathique- La proximité avec plusieurs stations de skis et sites pour les randonnées.En espérant pouvoir revenir très bientôt en été cette fois ci pour profiter du jardin.

Une super semaine a Sallanche

Nous étions 9, 4 adultes et 5 enfants. Les enfants ont appréciés de pouvoir dormir tous ensemble dans la chambre en duplex. La maison est asssez grande ce qui permet à tout le monde d’avoir son propre espace. La piscine avec vue sur le mont blanc est top. La maison est super bien située… adresse à Garder!!

Vacances de Noël au chalet réussi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet. La maison est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, propre, bien chauffée et bien décoré sur le thème de Noël. Les instructions d'arrivée était très claires. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal puisque nous avons une vue dégagée sur les montagnes. La maison est à proximité des commerces, des stations de ski et des autres villages. Catherine est une femme accueillante, gentille mais surtout disponible. Je recommande à 100%, les yeux fermés.
