Crescent Beach Club is currently undergoing balcony renovations. This work will take about 2 years to complete but the work on our condo will take place in the immediate future. During this renovation guests will likely hear intermittent construction noise on work days. Also, the balconies may be inaccessible during this work.

We are offering our luxury condo right on one of the best beaches in the world. This could become your favorite place to visit (it happened to us). This sixth floor condo is located directly on the beautiful sugar white sand beach and faces the Gulf of Mexico, providing incredible views from every room. It has 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico off the spacious balcony with access from both the bedroom and living room, as well as full intracoastal and sunrise views from the breakfast nook. The balcony is furnished with table, chairs, as well as loungers, so you can sit back and watch the dolphins play in the surf or enjoy the beautiful sunsets in paradise! We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella, if you would rather sit on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo is spacious; 1020 square feet with an additional 170 square feet of living space on the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mix master, dishes, pots, baking pans, as well as basic spices. The master suite is furnished with a king sized bed, new bedding, large walk-in closet, bathroom with his and her sinks, large soaker tub as well as a large separate shower. All linens are provided including new luxurious towels, 600 thread count sheets, and duvet. This freshly painted condo features two full bathrooms, front load washer and dryer in the condo, 2 TV sets (Living Room and Bedroom) and central air conditioning is provided for your comfort. We also offer start-of-the-art FIOS high speed wireless internet and FIOS TV with DVRs in both rooms.

Crescent Beach Club is the ultimate in luxury! You won’t find another complex with all the features of this luxury resort style condo. It offers: 2 heated gulf side pools, with deck directly on a semi-private beach (limited public access); 2 outside spas; tennis court; a state of the art fitness center complete with steam room, sauna, locker rooms, and indoor hot tub; billiard room; and gulf front barbecue grills. There are views of either the gulf or the intracoastal from all the facilities. Additional services include 24 hour security; guarded gates; parking for two vehicles; and lush surroundings.

This community is ideally located close to everything ... Downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key park, and shopping. There are so many things to do and sights to see - you won't be bored during your stay on sand key.

For our guest convenience, easy check-in and check-out as you arrive to the gate. The guard on duty will direct you to the condo.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Crescent Beach Club (CBC) Association requires a signed lease agreement for every rental. After booking on this platform, you will be asked for names of all guests, home address, emergency contact, and a copy of your driver's license. Without providing this information ahead of time (about 2 weeks prior to arrival) you will not be able to stay at this property. This may appear unusual as you can make bookings elsewhere without this step, but the CBC is not a hotel. It is a luxury beach-front residential community with strict rental/leasing requirements.
