Antigua typical Mallorcan country house renovated and adapted for a relaxed and comfortable stay in the countryside with fabulous views to the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea , for peace we breathe , for simplicity and friendly service of the owners for cleaning and comfort of their offices and for its privileged location , enjoy a well used and unforgettable holiday for you and the whole family .
The house has two floors: the ground floor are the kitchen, living room with fireplace , utility room , master bedroom and a bathroom with bath shower and bidet, the gallery is accessed from the backyard. The staircase leads to first floor, 60 m2 living room with three large windows , In the middle a balcony where on clear days you can see the small Cabrera Island, closer to the village of Santanyi. Satellite TV 43'' , a seating area , desk two bedrooms and a terrace with fabulous countryside views. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, shower , and bidet complete their dependencies. All very bright.

My name is Lorenzo and I take care of this house , although actually this house belongs to my wife and all of us enjoy when there are no customers, here 's my wife's mother was born and the idea of reforming and adapting was her. My wife and I reformed retaining all what we considered attractive and functional , and retained its structure walls of a meter thick and where had small windows on the first floor became big windows and add a balcony , that gives much more lightly and exceptional views. We ourselves renting the house to offer much more attractive prices to our clients. My son and I take care of the garden and the pool. Catalina is responsible for the guest upon arrival found the house clean . I am educated person and I speak some English and will be happy to inform you of any problem or question you may arise during your stay if you want. I live in the village of Santanyi which is to five minutes from the house . I like soccer and good food , I enjoy reading and the music. All kinds of music or books.

What makes this property unique
For me, the best of the house are outside, though inside is very comfortable and functional. But the porch, patio barbecoe, deck chairs and of course the garden and pool and wonderful view of the village of Santanyi from the patio is spectacular. Enjoy its location on top of a hill make you feel free and happy and at night on the porch, dinner with a bottle of red wine and meat or fish on the coal grill on the barbecue accompanied by my wife and children or friends is an unforgettable enjoyment.
