The villa is equipped with all kitchen equipment (gas, oven, refrigerator, toaster coffee maker)
It has two air conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dressing room.
You have sat channel, and wifi internet.
The villa is on a plot at the edge of the forest, and we regularly cross squirrels, iguanas parrots toucans and monkeys.
Nevertheless you will be 15 minutes from the center of Cayenne, and beaches, 5 minutes from cinemas and the shopping center, and restaurants.

Maison confortable, climatisation, chambres spacieuses, bonne literie, belle salle de bain, propre
Bonne situation : près de la forêt, calme, grande surface à moins de 10 mn, plage Louis Caristan à Remire-Montjoly à 15-20mn
Salon extérieur et ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler (penser aussi au barbecue)
Nous pourrions relouer cette maison si nous revenons en Guyane.

Endroit bien situé pour sillonner la Guyane
La climatisation est appréciée .bonne literie SDB nickel.
Par contre la location manque d entretien
Cuisine et vaisselle laisse à désirer manque de verre ,couvert plus que bas gamme et propreté à revoir .
Le salon extérieur est complètement déchiré et les dessus de chaises sont sales.
Barbecue ? Edouard nous a dépanné avec les moyens du bord.
La Télévision ne fonctionne pas toujours.
Cette location mériterait d être entretenue.
Quelque visite du chien du voisin et aboyement nocturne.
Nous avons cependant passé un bon séjour.

Petit voyage d'affaires très sympa
Maison très appréciable au niveau du site, très belle vue sur la verdure, quartier calme et très bien situé car proche des zones principales de travail. La grande chambre est très agréable, bonne clim, grande télé, dressing et grande salle de bain, parfait pour y travailler le soir au calme. La terrasse est sympa aussi mais le jour, car les moustiques nous obligeaient le soir à se calfeutrer à l'intérieur. Sylvain et sa femme sont très sympathiques et très serviables. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour un futur séjour travail....

très bon accueil
séjour parfait, propriétaire très accueillant, très sympa. Gite conforme à la description, belle terrasse bien aérée. Un petit bémol : manque de vaisselle, une casserole ou deux supplémentaires seraient les bienvenues. A part cela rien à redire. A recommander.

Nous étions deux collègues de boulot et avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison parfaitement prévue pour deux personnes (ou deux couples) en chambres séparées. Rien ne manquait.
