Silent villa in the green of nature and on a fabulous sea; Villa in quiet na

The villa is located on a closed road so it is not affected by any noise or dust caused by traffic; it is located equidistant from the two wonderful beaches of Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa famous for their crystal clear waters. Outside there is a large patio with barbecue and dining table; the bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, wardrobe with sliding doors (in the first room), a small wardrobe (in the second room) and a chest of drawers (in the third room). In the first double room there is also a TV. on the wall. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with a typical Sardinian table and 8 chairs; there is a fireplace and rattan furniture for complete relaxation; the open kitchen overlooks the living room with a gas oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer. There is also a small closet where to store supplies and where there is a washing machine. , the electric grill. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower. Outside we have a large patio with a large table and a barbecue; deckchairs and sun loungers complete the furnishings as well as a well-kept green lawn
