The house feels you confortable. The place is ventilate and the nigths are cool.
Very well located,in a private area, away from the street you will have for sure a quiet and nice hollydays in this place.

Perfect house

Fantastisch house, spacious, beautiful garden, lovely pool and cool view. The owners wanted to make our stay as good as possible. If we come back to this area, we want to stay Here again.

Wonderful house, beautifully located and all interesting cities good to reach. Communication was superb and very polite. The house with the garden and the pool is beautiful and very calm.Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

Roger and his wife are perfect hosts. The house and grounds are beautiful. You need a car or you can uber everywhere. The only thing it lacks is furniture. It 'd be good to have somewhere to sit and relax outside. The living room furniture is not the same as in the pictures.

ABSOLUMENT MAGNIFIQUE !!!

La maison est vraiment superbe avec un jardin japonisant qui permet de décompresser et de se sentir "ailleurs". La vue est à vous couper le souffle ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, à votre écoute, aux petits soins et disponibles ! On y reviendra pour un plus long séjour ! Tout est à proximité pour les commerces, et le lieu bien placé pour des visites dans la région ! A très bientôt aux beaux jours pour pouvoir profiter à nouveau de ce havre de paix ainsi que de la piscine qui est très originale !!!

Très belle villa contemporaine avec toutes les commodités pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Un jardin magnifique qui pousse à la méditation car très zen. Séjour inoubliable

Nous sommes un couple avec un jeune enfant et nous avons passé une semaine de bonheur. Tout d'abord la maison correspond précisément à la description de l'annonce, elle est magnifique, spacieuse, superbe vue, calme et proche des commodités. La maison était parfaitement propre, toutes les chambres étaient préparées, bien que nous ne soyons qu'un couple (draps serrviettes, etc.). Les propriétaires sont d'une rare gentillesse et ils ont tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable (trouver une baby-sitter, envoyer une liste de restaurant dans la région, etc.). Nous sommes arrivés tard le premier jour de location, suite à une journée d'embouteillage estival, et ils nous ont proposés d'aller nous acheter une repas pour le soir. C'est assez rare pour que ce soit noté. Enfin les environs sont très agréables, les bords de mer comme l'arrière pays. Donc bien sûr nous recommandons vivement cette location. Sincères salutations aux heureux propriétaires.

Un magnifique séjour

Belle villa moderne , bien équipée et très bien située. Sa très belle vue, son tres beau jardin d'esprit japonais zen, sa belle piscine carrelée équipée d'une nage à contre courant et de jets massants font de cette villa une excellente adresse pour y poser ses valises et visiter la région. Nous avons passé ici une semaine tres reposante et nous vous conseillons vivement d'y passer un séjour . C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour de prochaines vacances. Je conseille cette location à: Seniors, , Visites touristiques, Familles avec adolescents, Familles avec enfants en bas âges, Vacances romantiques Isabelle Laffite

Five Star Holidays

We've stayed at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks, and from the beginning to the end our holidays were absolutely perfect. All well prepared, clean to perfection, super equipped kitchen, amazing garden, fantastic views, the owners Roger and Chantal helpful in any way. The centre of Cagnes sur Mer is within a few minutes drive, amazing food shopping conditions especially in the market hall, beautiful and endless beaches for sea lovers. The villa exceeded all our expectations, is spacious and perfect for 6 people, has an amazing design and a shaded terrace for lazy days as well as for long evenings. Thanks Roger and Chantal for these wonderful holidays !

Magnifique villa !!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette très belle villa moderne sur les hauteurs de Cagnes sur Mer. Un petit coin de paradis au calme bénéficiant d'une proximité immédiate avec l'ensemble des centres d'intérêts (Plages, Centre-ville, Commerces, Aéroport de Nice, ...). Bref, idéal pour des vacances réussies dans le sud de la France. PS : Propriétaires très sympathiques

This country retreat combines the charm of mountain living with accessibility to the cultural and coastal life of France's Riviera.

Cagnes sur mer is a nice town close to every main place of the riviera . Mediterranean food and great weather.

You will be close to the coast resorts of Nice, Cagnes sur Mer old town and Antibes villages.
Going for a journey to Italy or Monaco for the day, can be a lot of fun too.

but you will probably be so happy up there (you might think you're on the roof of the world!) that maybe you will prefer enjoy the sun, read under the shade, relax by the pool, cook with your friends & family, and stay hidden away from the buzz of the riviera. both options are great!
