Apartment on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator and a closed parking with beep (space number 98).
Spacious apartment, bright and quiet. Classified 3 Stars Gites de France
Apartment composed of large living room open on a large balcony with views of the cathedral, kitchen (microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, gas hob, fridge with freezer) with access to another small balcony, 3 large bedrooms with large closet, so one with TV bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
It has an area of 93m2, can accommodate 8 people with also available a small extra bed and a fireside. Opportunity to unfold the sofa for two other people.
There is also available a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Ground fit local has bicycles in the residence.
In the basement a cellar for storage space (car roof box type)
The nearest beach is a 15-minute drive away and the nearest mini market is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. PMU LOTO Tobacco Shop is also available.
A post office and savings bank is 3 minutes from the apartment ..
SPAIN is a 45-minute drive from the motorway.
Very nice town to visit.
