Nice townhouse with updated kitchen and living area. Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Main entrance area to the building looked a bit neglected and could use a good cleaning. Overall, the apartment was very spacious and clean with a nice view from the upper floor. The only recommendation we have is for the mattress in the upstairs bedroom to be replaced because it was very uncomfortable to sleep on it.

little gem

I am so glad I found this gem. Really clean and spacious and literally 1 minute to beach and praca. Huge TV with all the necessary technology. Also has bath as well as shower which is my preference. Great price - will definitely look to book again.

2 adults. 5 nights in the apartment. Great location, 3 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to the restaurants and bars but far enough away that you don't hear any noise at night from late night drinkers. Everything worked and was well presented.

Not value for money

Golf Estate very nice but nothing of much interest nearby. Restaurant were very expensive but Pingo Doce supermarket on Estate very good and not excessive ly expensive. Concession on beach 40 euro a dsy and bad back wash so swimming not easy. Once off estate everything looked scruffy however our apartment was nice with great sundeck.

well worth the wait

thoroughly enjoyed our time here , great spot , a minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants, with a car we found a number of things to do and another range of restaurants . the apartment was just what we were looking for and was as described , though we could not find the dish washer tablets and we had one night where we were invaded by ants upstairs but all adds to the fun :) it was nice that it was on 3 levels , my daughters were happy that they could disappear out of sight just one issue , very tiny , the on suite bathroom door needs oiling - but apart from that it was great , would certainly look at booking again next year , if the situation eases again

A estadia começou bem, mas terminou mal, pois fomos acusados de ter causado um dano na casa de banho ( sanita) que não foi da nossa responsabilidade. Para futuras estadias, devem fazer a vistoria ao apartamento antes de se fazer o check-out para que não aconteçam erros deste género. A localização é boa e o apartamento tem o indispensável para 1 semana de férias.

Uma excelente casa a 2 minutos de uma excelente praia

A casa é excepcional, é ampla, tem tudo o que é necessário e a localização é perfeita. Fica a poucos passos da praia, o que evita a deslocação e o estacionamento, sempre complicados no Algarve durante o mês de Agosto. A Lisa, dona da propriedade, é uma óptima anfitriã, sempre atenta a qualquer pedido ou pergunta que se lhe faça. É uma excelente escolha para quem quer fazer férias de qualidade numa praia boa, pouco movimentada e com bom ambiente social.
