The property that has been recently renovated, maintains the old features of real country houses. On the ground floor immediately after the entrance is a small hallway / hallway with a double bedroom (with window) and a bathroom with toilet and shower tray. Access to the upper floor is via a comfortable spiral staircase, where there is a kitchen-living room with a Sicilian-style hob and an equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a very comfortable sofa bed (for any additional seats) and a corner where you can watch digital TV. To see the sea, just look out from the two small balconies on the first floor with street exposure. The property is fully air conditioned. We have free Wi-Fi service and appliances for your needs.
