Thank you for the review, but what you wrote isn’t true. You rented the first-floor apartment in our villa, which can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and features a living room with a kitchenette and a patio/terrace with a view of the sea. All the photos you saw on VRBO are of this specific apartment. On the second floor, we have an apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace with a stunning view. During your stay, you checked VRBO and found our “third option”: renting the entire villa—including both the first-floor and second-floor apartments—a solution that accommodates up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms and 2 terraces. Of course, that listing includes photos of both apartments, and you assumed we had misled you. This is a prejudice you harbor toward others; I feel sorry for you. The bedrooms are equipped with four air conditioning systems: one for active air exchange, operating 24 hours a day; a second that eliminates bacteria in the room; a third with a filtration system to remove microparticles from the air coming in from outside; and a fourth for temperature control, with independent controls for each room—a system capable of cooling the air down to 14 °C (57 °F). I think you changed the temperature setting in the room. The stairways of Positano, along with the houses nestled into the rock, are what make it so distinctive. Sabrina & Gaetano
