You will appreciate the charm of this little penty located in a farmhouse in Saint Evarzec (29170) between Quimper and Fouesnant. The cottage is classified furnished with 3-star tourism. 3 mins walk from the village and shops, you will enjoy the serenity of this place of relaxation and rest. Ideal for a couple with a child, this cottage is located 8 km from the beach of Cap Coz (Fouesnant) and 12 km from that of Beg Meil.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room (with satellite TV) of an open and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave-oven, washing machine, espresso, baby high chair ...), a bathroom and a separate toilet, and upstairs a mezzanine (with a sofa bed for 140 people) and an independent bedroom for two people (a double bed of 140).
The living room opens directly onto the south-facing terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol, etc.), particularly pleasant in summer after the beach, and onto a 200mÂČ enclosed garden. A garden shed is attached to the house. A parking space is reserved for your car in front of the house.

In the immediate vicinity, Fouesnant is 5 km, the Fouesnant Forest 8 km, BĂ©nodet 12 km and Concarneau 14 km. Quimper can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as is the Brest-Quimper-Lorient expressway (Quimper Troyalac'h exit). Nearby beaches: Cap Coz, Beg Meil, Pointe de Mousterlin. .

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich. In der KĂŒche ist nahezu alles Notwendige zum Kochen vorhanden. Leider ließ die Grundsauberkeit etwas zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig.

Gite fonctionnel. Par contre. Le confort des chaises braquebalantes des fauteuils trop durs, laisse largement a desirer. En fait a part la terrasse avec sonsalon de jardin, il ny a pas dendroit a l'intĂ©rieur oĂč etre assis confortablement afin de se reposer.Bonne journĂ©e.

Maisonette sympathique et bien aménagée

Maison trÚs bien équipée, propre à notre arrivée. Jardin soigné et super agréable pour déjeuner en plein soleil. (Merci pour le parasol qui nous a été bien utile!) HÎte trÚs claire pour les consignes et indications d'accÚs. Localisation parfaite pour accéder à plusieurs plages des environs en voiture. Un petit bémol: Le sol de la mezzanine est recouvert de moquette. Attention pour les allergiques comme moi, il faut bien aérer pour éviter de trop éternuer. Mais la maison est super donc on oublie! Je recommande sans hésiter!

TrouvĂ© par hasard, cette location n’aurait pas pu ĂȘtre mieux ! Emplacement, calme total, jardin, Ă©quipement de la maison (chaĂźne hi-fi de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, plaques induction), possibilitĂ© de dormir la fenĂȘtre ouverte sans entendre le moindre bruit parasite. Nous Ă©tions tristes de quitter les lieux.

Gßte trÚs agréable

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans ce gßte idéalement placé entre Quimper et Concarneau. La maison est mignonne et bien équipée et le jardin bien entretenu et agréable. Nous y étions avec notre fils de 16 mois et avons apprécié le jardin clos et les équipements mis à disposition. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Saint-Evarzec, village breton idĂ©alement situĂ© entre Fouesnant et Quimper. La maison, en pierre, possĂšde un charme indĂ©niable. Elle est propre, pratique et bien Ă©quipĂ©e (four, lave-linge, TV, barbecue, etc.). De plus, elle possĂšde un jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able quand il fait beau. Il Ă©tait bien entretenu et trĂšs fleuri pendant notre sĂ©jour. Nous sommes venus en couple mais le jardin clos et l’amĂ©nagement de la maison sont tout Ă  fait adaptĂ©s Ă  la prĂ©sence d’un jeune enfant. La propriĂ©taire s’est montrĂ©e trĂšs agrĂ©able et de bons conseils. Nous garderons un trĂšs bon souvenir de ces vacances.

Charmant, mais...

Séjour d'une semaine passé début août 2018. Petite maison (vieille ferme bretonne découpée en 3 logements) située à 2 pas du village de Saint-Evarzec (trÚs central pour visiter la région, mais aucun charme particulier à l'inverse de Fouesnant à seulement quelques kilomÚtres) au coeur d'un petit lotissement de quelques villas modernes... L'habitation est idéale pour un couple seul ou avec un (petit) enfant. A notre arrivée nous n'avons pas été accueillis par la propriétaire (dommage !) mais par un agent, Thomas, trÚs sympathique. Les plus : la terrasse de gravier et le jardin, idéal pour se reposer, prendre ses repas et profiter du barbecue ; literie trÚs correcte à l'étage. Les moins : à notre arrivée, nous avons dû faire le ménage... ayant été tributaire des précédents locataires peu scrupuleux... (dédommagement reçu de la propriétaire qui a été trÚs correcte) ; cuisine vieillotte ; la situation dans le lotissement. En résumé : séjour trÚs agréable malgré quelques (petites) déceptions. Petites suggestions à la propriétaire : un petit effort pour remettre la cuisine up to date rendrait le logement plus fonctionnel et agréable, se débarrasser de l'horrible tapis dans le salon qui est vraiment trÚs sale et changer la housse du BZ sur la mezzanine ; ne pas faire l'économie d'une femme de ménage une ou deux fois par saison...

Nous sommes allées entre copines et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir dormir séparément. La maison était propre et fonctionnelle,bien agencée, le jardin trÚs agréable. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et la propriétaire a pris de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour. La maison est trÚs bien située pour apprécier sans faire beaucoup de route les endroits "clés" du FinistÚre sud (Concarneau, Bénodet, Locronan et bien d'autres!). La maison est également bien située par rapport aux commerces de proximité. Merci pour ce séjour!!

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Super séjour dans ce joli coin de Bretagne. Endroit trÚs calme et reposant. Commerces à 5 mn à pied.Nous avons eu la chance avec le beau temps qui nous a permis de manger chaque jour dehors, ce qui est bien agréable ! Merci à vous.

SĂŒĂŸes kleines Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben eine Woche im August in dem HĂ€uschen verbracht (zu zweit) und es hat uns super gefallen. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Großer Garten. Saint Evarzec war ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Gegend (Pointe du Raz, Concarneau etc). Eine leckere Creperie und ein super BĂ€cker sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. FĂŒr uns war es optimal.

Sehr schöne kleine einfache Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Kleiderschrank - der Stauraum ist insgesamt doch sehr knapp. Sonst war alles prima.
