Very clean and close to everything.

The condo had all the items in the kitchen I needed for our stay. Also there were many items we could use for the beach which was wonderful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would come back again

Wonderful stay

This 3BR condo is beautifully decorated, has two queens and a king, a large (50-55") LED TV, two showers, a balcony patio with an electric BBQ, Wi-fi, and plenty of kitchen amenities. My family of 6 stayed here for over 2 months and were so happy and well taken care of. All concerns were handled promptly by the very kind and gracious owner. This unit and the entire complex feel new and safe.

Great Property & Great Host

This condo is amazing! It was spotless when I arrived and is very well stocked with things like cleaning, cooking, and beach supplies. There is plenty of space, a nice living room area with comfy couches and a big TV, and a clean and relaxing balcony. The owners are very sweet and responsive to any questions I had. The Villagio itself is well maintained with an accessible and nice pool! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5 stars!

Excellent accommodations

The accommodations were large, very clean in had an abundance of utensils plates knives and forks etc.. Everything we needed was there. The property manager was very accommodating and handled the tiny problems that usually come up. I would highly recommend this place.

Two Months in Sarasota

There were a number of unique features to our stay at this property but by far the thing that stands out the most is the owner’s ease to work with. They are both truly special people. The property is not new but has been very well maintained. The exterior landscaping is constantly being worked on and it shows. The interior of the unit is very functional. Garbage drop off, tennis courts, the pool and the work out gym are all within a one block walk. The unit itself was immaculate when we arrived with plenty of supplies to help us get started. The complex is very close to downtown and in particular to the Ed Smith stadium. We felt very secure in the complex and often went for walks through the complex after dark. In summary, the unit met our needs perfectly but dealing with the owners was the real treat.

Great location nice place

We enjoyed location as it was close to downtown. Jorge was a terrific host, he responded very quickly when we had questions, really good guy who takes good care of place. The house is very comfortable, we are a family of four (two teens), we all had room to be together and then have our own spaces, condo is good size. Great balcony, place is quiet, people are friendly in the area. Due to COVID gym was closed and pool had limited use, sign in and only allowed to stay one hour, but it’s nice. We did not use as much. Staff there friendly, they keep the entire property well manicured. Overall enjoyed stay.

Great Stay!

We were in Sarasota for 2 weeks. This property was close to what we needed. Well equipped and comfortable. TV is great, and bed was very comfortable. Owner was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Good location and easy drive (about 15 min) to Lido Beach. I would stay here again!

Amazing Family Vacation

If you are looking for a Family friendly central location minutes away from some of the best beaches in Florida, and the many attraction for both children and adults in the Sarasota area this is a property you should definitely consider. We stayed here the last month of our summer vacation (both Fun and Relaxing). We found the unit to be very clean, and nicely decorated with high end appliances and easy access to the pool, gym, tennis court, lake among others. The owners were very easy to work with and recommended a number of places to visit, all of which we loved. Our kids 1st question when we left was: "when are we coming back" We highly recommend it!!!*****

Very close to Main Street , St Armand and Lido Beach . Unit is very clean and well kept. Big 60" tv in living room and master bedroom. Villagio is a gated community very well maintained, beautiful pool and gym as well as tennis courts putting green. Highly recommend

This is a massive apartment, with everything you could possibly need! The decor is stunning. The master bed is comfortable. We were so grateful for our luxurious stay! Highly recommend!

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed for only 2 nights but had a wonderful time. The unit is a clean, modern condo with new kitchen appliances, 50 inch plus TV, a pool and W/D in the unit. It is only 2 minutes from Main Street and less than 10 from St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. It is also close to I75. Highly recommended it!

perfect for vacation

We were so happy to have found this unit. It was easy to make arrangements and when we go there, it was as beautifully decorated as you see in the pictures. The unit was clean, everything was organized and steps from the pool and tennis court. We were literary 5 minutes from Downtown and about 10 from the beaches and Marina. Loved it and would go back for sure. Thank You Mr. A.

Beautiful condo near downtown

Beautifully and comfortably decorated condo in a quiet, safe and well-maintained complex, near downtown and a short drive to Longboat, Lido, St. Armands. Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Playground, pool and tennis courts make it great for families. Décor and amenities in the unit make this one of the most elegant.
