Long-time real estate investor and frequent visitor to Florida. Originally from Iowa and currently living in Minnesota but have several family members living in central Florida. Love the warm weather, beaches and overall comfort of everything Florida has to offer, especially in the Sarasota metro.

Walking distance to many popular attractions and just a short drive to Siesta Key or Lido Beaches -- rated some of the BEST in the world! You can't go wrong choosing this property and this location if Florida is your vacation destination. We look forward to being your host.

Our condo is located in a unique downtown community with lush greenery and modern amenities for every taste. Features include; a comfortable updated clubhouse for community activities, fitness room, heated pool and spa, tennis (+ pickleball) court, walking paths and two lakes with lighted fountains.
