About this property

Prestigious contemporary villa with large swimming pool and shaded terrace

Very modern villa, located near a typical Catalan village. It has a superb view of a canal and is ideally located in a quiet development.
It has 4 bedrooms (3 are newly air-conditioned) including 2 for children, 3 bathrooms (2 with Italian showers and 1 with bathtub), 2 toilets, a large living room of 80 m², panoramic mezzanine and a laundry room. The kitchen is very modern with high quality equipment, central island for dining, large bay window giving an effect inside outside, the living room is very bright.
Television, wifi, central vacuuming.
Outside there is an outdoor terrace of 80 m² surrounding a swimming pool of 8mx4m with covering cover for safety. In addition, you can enjoy a built-in whirlpool as well as counter-current swimming.
This year we installed a 15m² awning for a superb shade effect.
A pool house with outdoor kitchen, planxa and relaxation area. It is surrounded by a pretty garden. Also available is a petanque court, a table tennis table and an outdoor dartboard.
We will leave the Wi-Fi codes, we have fibre optics, Free network.
The villa is in a very quiet area, possible parking of 2 vehicles in the inner driveway and 4 parking spaces outside in front of the house.
The village has local shops (bakery, mini-market, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, post office and 2 weekly markets) within walking distance.
The beach is 5 minutes away in the seaside resort of Port Barcarès or Torreilles beach (boat rental, many shops and restaurants, jet ski, funfair, night entertainment, ...) and the lake is 700m away.
The walk along the pond is beautiful, the cycling areas are easy to access.
A large shopping centre is located 4 km away with about fifty shops, cinemas, bowling, karting, laser games and about twenty restaurants.
The castle of Salses (Vauban) is 10 minutes away. Perpignan is 15 minutes away with all its Catalan history, Spain (Costa Brava, shopping, ...) 35 minutes away and the Pyrenees 45 minutes away with beautiful hikes and natural hot springs.

Wonderful property in a lovely village location, with a bakery. Lots of extra touches that really made it feel like home from home (your coffee machine was much appreciated!). Aircon in the bedrooms was ideal and the swimming pool was one of the best we have had. Location is good, just a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches with clear water, perfect for snorkelling. We also made the most of the bikes, exploring the local area around the lake and beyond. The hosts were very welcoming, great communication and super helpful. All in all a great place to stay

Great house with pool

Lovely house, nice and big for 6 guests, pool was great especially as it was do hot. Village is a 10min walk with a nice bakery, small restaurant at the b+b, and a mini market (sells roast chicken and potatoes on Sat and Sun which are delicious!), close to a hypermarket and the coast, Spain a short drive away. Plenty to do in the area. A great place to stay for a luxurious holiday. Owners are really attentive and provided fans and airco which were needed.

Insgesamt war alles genauso wie erhofft und der Gastgeber war dann auch noch außerordentlich hilfreich bei Bedarf und ansonsten jederzeit erreichbar.In der Summe eine 10 von 10!

Top verblijf!

Ik raad dit huis zeker aan, alles is zoals je op de foto's ziet. Er is 1 minpunt er zijn veel muggen, de eigenaars doen er alles aan om de last te minimaliseren bv speciale apparaat tegen muggen, maar spijtig genoeg hielp dit niet echt. Maar laat dit je niet tegen houden om van deze topvilla te genieten. Zeer aangename en vlotte mensen in communicatie!

Des vacances de rêve

Prenez une maison de standing, bien aménagée, dans un quartier calme. Ajoutez à cela une très belle piscine - idéal quand il fait chaud. Et enfin, des hôtes qui nous ont marqués par leur gentillesse, leur écoute et le temps qu'il nous ont accordé pour nous aider à faire les meilleurs choix d'activités dans une région où il y a mille choses à découvrir. Merci beaucoup Lucile et Mathieu, nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de nos vacances à Saint-Hyppolite grâce à vous.
