Nice condo just across the street from the beach. The outside deck looks out over a nice park and a view of the ocean. It feels very private and was a great place to stay.

The property was very well maintained and had a wonderful pool. The rental unit was also very clean and had everything one might need for a visit. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the patio looking at the ocean view. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great. The condo was small but comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, paper towels, dish soap and very limited spices. There were two nice beach chairs and two beach towels. The bathroom had 4 bath towels, wash cloths, etc. There was a nice balcony with a table and two chairs. Sitting on the balcony at sunset is a must. Hundreds of parakeets fly in the next for the night. For the price, this is a great condo. It’s old but comfortable

This was the perfect location for a trip with my hubby. The unit was exactly as described with a beautiful view in a quiet laid back complex. We were across the street from great snorkeling and a 5 minute drive away from Poipu Beach with more great snorkeling and sea turtles and Koloa with shopping and numerous restaurants. Jane (the owner) was extremely responsive, stocked the unit with the essentials we needed, and even left us some chocolates.

Quiet location, view of the ocean from the lanai, comfy bed, and well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our needs for the week. Pool was a nice temp and the surrounding gardens are nice. Snorkeling at the beach just to the right of Beach House restaurant across the street was good. Parking was close and easy.
