Delightful apartment perfectly furnished and equipped.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with 2 sofa beds that become single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
It has a beautiful terrace equipped with table and chairs overlooking the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and Marina di Portisco.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking as well as a washing machine, microwave and electric oven.
Equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment is in Portisco, village with controlled access h24 just steps from Marina di Portisco. Within walking distance there are restaurants, supermarket, bar, newsagent, hairdresser ... Also free beaches and beach facilities, children's playground, tennis courts and football pitches.

Early season treat

What a delightful apartment with the most breathtaking view. It was out of season when we stayed, I’m happy to cook, so this wasn’t a problem for us. Many of the restaurants are either closed or operating reduced hours in April. There is a bar and restaurant open in the marina, but it’s very quiet and we much preferred the beautiful view and a nice bottle of wine from one of the well-stocked supermarkets. It was very quiet at night and during the day - a perfect rest. Tips for you: Lavazza coffee pods! Go to the local beach down the road - no need to drive for those able to walk down a steep hill - instead of going to the marina, take the left junction and follow the signs for Koki Beach - Portisco beach… it’s amazing! I think there were about 4 other people max on the days we were there, take a pack up and plenty of water! (We left an ice pack in the freezer - you’re welcome!). Nearest and better supermarket is called Dettorimarket - pop that into maps - it’s about 4km away. If you want clothes and a larger supermarket, head back towards Olbia - Spazia Conad… do try the local buffalo mozzarella- superb….do also try the Musical Bread… we took a lovely trip out with Stefano, look up kiteacademy.it he also offers kite surfing and e-foil with his catamaran excursions… super friendly and the best lunch of clams and spaghetti with king prawns and Prosecco… a beautiful trip out from our doorstep. Wunderschöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr leicht, schnell und immer erreichbar. Michela war sehr entgegenkommend und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat uns auch Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist über einer Bucht und man fühlt sich in der Wohnanlage sehr sicher. Sehr ruhig ist es auch. Der kleine Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Olbia 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt nur (bis jetzt...) einen großen Nachteil: die Fenster haben keine Fliegengitter und es ist kein Mückenschutz am Bett. D.h. mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen und vor dem zu Bett gehen mind. 1 Std. Mückenjagd (auch, wenn die Fenster zu waren bei Dunkelheit). Das war sehr anstrengend. Für das nächste Mal nehmen wir ein Moskitonetz mit für das Bett oder Michela hat etwas verändert. Die Wohnung sonst ist auf alle Fälle eine klare Empfehlung. Manchmal (je nach Wind) hört man abends auf dem Balkon auch das Meeresrauschen! schlafe Lage der Wohnung

Schnuckelige kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet (ein Wasserkocher wäre vielleicht sinnvoll, aber man kann natürlich auch im Topf das Wasser erhitzen). Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Hafen und das Meer ist überwältigend. Wir waren sofort Schockverliebt! Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war immer möglich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Ideale Lage für Ausflüge im Norden Sardinien. OLBIA 30 min entfernt, Palau 30 min entfernt, Costa Paradiso 1 h. Markt 5 min zu Fuß im Hafen. Einfache Übergabe der Wohnung und alles da was man braucht! Tolle Gastgeberin!

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts. Anstatt des Elektroherds gibt es einen Gasherd. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll zusammengestellt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach toll! Zu den nächstgelegenen Restaurants sind es 5 bis 10 Minuten. Die Abwicklung der Reservierung war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
