Perfekte 10 Tage in einer traumhaften Ferienwohnung

Schöner kann man kaum wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat sich sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Terrasse traumhaft. Den Strand und den Ort kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Der Kontakt zu Florence war sehr nett. Die Abwicklung problemlos. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Lieben Dank fĂŒr die gekĂŒhlte Flasche Wein. Wir haben sie auf der herrlichen Terrasse genossen.

Florence's Wohnung ist wirklich eine tolle Adresse fĂŒr einen Urlaub am Atlantik. Die Gestaltung ist geschmackvoll und wohnlich. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch wenn man grĂ¶ĂŸere Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchte. Die Terrasse ist groß und geht in den Garten ĂŒber. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich: der Stadtteil Ville d'Hiver ist sehr sehenswert, der Strand von Pereire gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt bietet einen wunderbaren Markt.Florence hatte unseren Aufenthalt perfekt vorbereitet, die Wohnung war sehr schön und einladend, selbst eine Flasche Wein wartete im KĂŒhlschrank auf uns.Vielen Dank Florence

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage mit toller Terrasse

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die Wohnung liegt perfekt um Arcachon zu erkunden. Zum Strand und ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß gehen. Die Terrasse ist außergewöhnlich schön, ebenso wie die Wohngegend. An zusĂ€tzlichen Kosten muss man bei Ankunft 140€ fĂŒr WĂ€sche und Putzfrau sowie eine Kaution von 700€ in bar zahlen.

Wunderschönes Appartement

Le quartier est paisible, calme et magnifique, Ă  quelques 700 mĂštres de la plage Pereire. L'appartement est super joli et spacieux, avec une magnifique terrasse extĂ©rieure. Une salle de bains trĂšs fonctionnelle avec une douche Ă  l'italienne trĂšs pratique. Un petit bĂ©mol toutefois : seules les portes fenĂȘtres peuvent s'ouvrir car les fenĂȘtres sont toutes condamnĂ©es. Dommage pour l'aĂ©ration la nuit.

SituĂ© dans une maison Arcachonnaise typique, cet appartement propre, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de gout est l’endroit idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir cette magnifique rĂ©gion. Si vous aimez vous rĂ©veiller qu’avec le bruit des oiseaux c’est l’endroit rĂȘvĂ©. Plage et centre-ville trĂšs proche Ă  pied ou en vĂ©lo. Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© l'accueil et les conseils de Florence. Nous recommandons donc vraiment ce joli lieu de villĂ©giature! Thierry

Tous qu‘il faut pour bonnes vacances

We spent very good holidays in the mid of October in this cosy and well equipped apartment. City and beach are in walking distance, so is the next „Boulangerie“. The children enjoyed to have a garden to play. The living room and kitchen is in a Kind of winter garden. The two bedrooms go off from here through glass doors. One of the bedrooms is without an additional window to the outside. You can leave the bedrooms through a second door to reach toilette and bathroom. I would really enjoy to return to this Place one day. Merci beaucoup!

petite maison avec beaucoup de charme

superbe petite maison pleine de charme .La terrasse devant le sĂ©jour est super tranquille et on voyait les Ă©cureuils le matin en prenant le petit dĂ©jeuner .La villa est trĂšs bien placĂ©e tout prĂšs de la plage pĂ©reire et on peut aller aussi Ă  pieds au centre d'arcachon par les rues oĂč se situent les trĂšs belles maisons de la ville d'hiver . Nous avions louĂ© des vĂ©los qu on peut laisser dans le jardin et nous sommes allĂ©s aussi au mouleau qui n 'est pas loin non plus par la piste cyclable le long de la mer .nous adorons cet endroit d'ailleurs cela fait 3 ans que nous y retournons ! On s 'y sent comme chez soi car rien ne manque et c'est magnifiquement dĂ©corĂ©
