Great property for a group

We had a lovely stay, property met all our needs, beds were a little hard, all en suite bedrooms were a great bonus, some of the bathrooms were dated but functional. Good location and lovely shade from the trees.

Everything was perfect. Really good service. We checked in around 11 in the morning and when we had a question during our stay they always answered within 5 minutes. i recommend this villa.

Family holiday

We had a lovely stay at the villa for our holiday. Location was fantastic and the villa had all the amenities you will need. Property manager was brilliant, any problem was sorted very quickly. The only slight grumble we had was that the bathrooms were very dated and could really do with some modernising. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Thanks

Casa bem localizada, muito perto do centro e com ótimos acessos, apenas com alguns pontos negativos a ter em consideração: alguns dos lençóis tinham manchas, os frigoríficos são escassos, tendo em conta que é uma casa com capacidade para 10 pessoas e as casas de banho necessitam de algumas obras, uma vez que são um pouco antiquadas em comparação com o resto da casa. De um modo geral, a nossa experiência foi muito positiva e satisfatória.

De ruimte is perfect voor 10 personen. Klasse, ik zou deze accommodatie zo weer huren. We hadden even problemen met het electra, maar dit was binnen no time opgelost. Alle lof voor daarvoor.

Grote villa op fijne locatie

Grote villa, met groot zwembad. Keuken en slaapkamers/badkamers zijn wat gedateerd. Zouden een opknapbeurt mogen gebruiken. Verder wel prima om te slapen. Zwembad wat koud in september, omdat deze grotendeels van de dag in de schaduw ligt door de hoge bomen. Wel voldoende zon om hele dag in de zon te kunnen liggen. 2 koelkasten in de keuken, en 1 grote vriezer en kleine koelkast in was ruimte is ideaal. Klein supermarktje om de hoek, ideaal voor kleine boodschappen. Verder ligt Italiaans restaurant Portobello op 5 min lopen, een aanrader, heeft heerlijke pizza's en pastas. Ook strandje van Santa Eulália is te lopen, alsmede de Strip (15-20 min). Als je app download van 1Taxi! kun je heel makkelijk een taxi voor de deur laten komen op ieder gewenst tijdstip. Voor EUR 6,50 ben je in Oude centrum vanaf de villa (5-10 min rijden. Verder goede communicatie met eigenaar Rodolfo en ook met Maria. Zou de villa zeker aanbevelen!

Good size property, quiet area providing privacy.

The villa is as detailed, however the most comfortable bed is in the pool house which isn't pictured. The villa is a good size and was more than sufficient for our two families of 4 for our 2 week stay in July 2019. That said any larger parties may find room tight with sleeping arrangements likely to be debated. The villa could do with some modernising but on the whole we were happy with our stay with any issues addressed promptly with good communication from all involved. The pool is a good size for cooling off approx 25ft with a decent deep end at 2m plus. The location of the villa is in a previously established tennis resort, so I was able to play a few sets with the youngest at 12€ an hour/court and 2€ per racket hire.....good exercise to lose some lbs! Next to the tennis office there is the estate shop, some 200 yards away from the villa, this was good for essentials but expensive for a big shop. We found a taxi ride of 10€ to the ALDI towards Albufeira old town was the best food shopping option with Super Bock's Cristal larger ( 2.45€ for 6 bottles ) top of the bill. The nearest, quietest and best sandy beach, Santa Eulalia, was a 15 minute walk, but be mindful of sandflys as we found we all got a few bites, inclusive of the sun loungers x 2 at 15€ for the day. The old town is a taxi ride (10€) but the new town is a good walk (25-30minutes) if you're up to it, otherwise it's 5-6€ in a taxi. We ate on the strip towards the new town most nights, this included Paulus Italians and we also utilised the menu deals in the neighbouring resturants, these will be you cheapest eats out at 15-20€ per head all in with additional drinks. In summary a great family holiday location with a good villa base. Ensure you visit Aquashow ( waterpark slides and animal shows ) if you have kids, although pricey (26-28€ each for over 12yrs ) it was an enjoyable day out. (Note: As a family of 4 you can safely budget for spends of 2000€ over 2 weeks). Thank you Rodolfo and team, Regards, Liddell and Brown family.

Great for big groups!

We stayed with a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids/teens), and found that while the place is a bit run down, it's very well laid out, giving everybody plenty of room and privacy (5 bathrooms!!!). There are basically 3 different buildings, making it more like a compound. We mostly hung out outside by the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication was easy and very friendly, and when we called to have something repaired (a light bulb was missing, hot water went out once, and one of the doors did not close) someone was there immediately & fixed everything. The place is not fancy, but has a very nice vibe, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for a large group.

Perfect villa for 10 people. Large sized pool and outside area. The strip is around a 20 min walk away but it is only €3 in an Uber and the Old town is only €10, so it is still in a great location. Situated on a lovely complex with tennis courts and a shop. We had a great time.

A spacious and comfortable quiet house

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We had a great time exploring the beautiful beaches along the coast and eating delicious seafood. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Despite the old plumbing and stove, the kitchen is very well equipped along with a feeding chair and washing machine. We highly recommend staying there.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Für zehn Leute (wir waren zu siebt und zwei Kinder) ist es super geeignet, da jeder seinen eigenen Bereich hat und es trotzdem einen sehr schön eingerichtet und großzügig gestalteten Gemeinschaftsbereich gibt. Es ist super ausgestattet indes fehlt an nichts. Der Außenbereich ist intelligent und wunderschön angelegt und läd sehr ansprechend zum Verweilen ein. Uns hat die ruhige Lage (im Dezember) und dennoch gute Erreichbarkeit zur Stadt und zum Stadt sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt war sehr professionell und überaus freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

House has a real homely feel and had all of the facilities we needed. Great service.

The development where the house is situated is looking a little tired and we were initially a bit concerned as we arrived. The house however was great, warm, dry and homely. Yes some things could do with updating but we really enjoyed it. We had everything we needed, the kitchen is really well equipped, the open fire was great, and we had four cosy nights in during the rain storms. By day we hit the local beaches with our dog Findley, drove up to Aljezur, did some shopping at Guia, and I did some golf practice at Vilamoura. Rodolfo was really helpful before we arrived and made us feel very welcome, and his housekeeper met us on arrival. The house is close to everything, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, and is a great base to discover this part of Portugal, with plenty of room if you’re a larger group.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig. Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort und durch die Aufteilung pro Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad war für genug Privatsphäre gesorgt. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, super Service! Der Garten mit dem Pool ist auch sehr schön angelegt. Ebenfalls super ist, dass sich ein Supermarkt und ein Restaurant keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt befinden. Sonst ist die Villa ca. 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, also ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nice villa in a calm villa area close to beach and strip

We were with 10 girls this week and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a calm area and has a beautiful backyard with pool. The beach and strip are about 20 minutes walking but this wasn't a problem since taxi is very cheap. The amenities in the house were quite old but fine for a week. Price-quality is great! We loved staying here and would recommend this place

Great house! Very nice outside area and beautiful inside

Perfect house for a nice holiday with a group of People in Albufeira. Good distance to the beach and a short drive to the centre. The house has nice rooms, a good kitchen with many fridges and a beautiful living room. The pool is great. We totaly loved our stay!
