Main room equipped with a large convertible sofa (rapido system) 160 cm wide and mattress 18 cm thick, wifi tv. This room is air conditioned.

Le logement est pourvu de la clim super pratique ! Studio bien placé proche de tout, dans rue calme. Par contre les draps sont trop petits pour le matelas, dommage !! Merci à Valérie de sa disponibilité (la gérante)

We had originally planned to rent a car and stay at a little cottage in the countryside, but those plans fell through at the last minute. This place was perfect for what we needed, especially given the rush booking. The air conditioning works, there is a kitchen and a washer, and the wifi connection is good. The location in Avignon is nice: it's not too far from the train station or from the city center. The communication was very clear and amiable for check-in and check-out. That said, there are a few cons that may didn't affect our stay but may bother/hinder others. The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, so you have to be able-bodied. It is an old building, and all old buildings have their quirks. The only thing that really bothered me was that I didn't see anywhere in the listing that a security deposit would be charged. I may have missed it. In the end, this isn't a huge deal since the money was returned, but I would have preferred that information to be clearer up front.
