Very nice apartment located on the Zoute dike facing the sea.
Spacious, bright and privileged location.

Front and rear terraces. Elevator. Hall, video intercom, cloakroom, 2nd independent toilet.
TV and wifi.

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, senseo, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, toaster and electric kettle + all cooking utensils.

3 rooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed + bathroom next door with shower
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds + individual bathroom with bath
Bedroom 3: bunk bed 2x1 pers. + toilet area (sink and mirror)

They are all equipped with pillows, duvets, blankets and mattress protectors (pillowcases, sheets and covers not provided).
Possibility to accommodate one person on the sofa.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wahnsinns Aussicht.Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig Richtung Innenhof.Täglicher Traumsonnenuntergang.

pas idéal en hiver

La chaudière ne fonctionnait pas et était en panne. Dans un des chambres, la vanne du radiateur était manquante- dans la salle de douche, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas- odeur d'humidité dans la chambre parentale - l'appartement n'était pas très propre. J'ai été particulièrement déçue.

Tolle Lage - Wohnung mit Mängeln

Sobald man die Wohnung betritt, ist man von dem tollen Ausblick fasziniert. Die Böden glänzen, aber bei genaueren Hinsehen bemerkt man, dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde. Der Sand und die Krümmel auf dem Sofa sind grenzwertig. So könnte man noch mehr aufführen. Die Badezimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig - in der Dusche ist Schimmel. Natürlich ist uns auch klar, dass die Miete deshalb nicht noch höher ist. Aber eine Endreinigung von 100 Euro mit diesem Ergebnis ist sehr unbefriedigend. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, würden aber die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Hervorragende Lage und Ausblick

Direkt an Promenade und Strand gelegen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Der schöne Ausblick auf Promenade, Strand, Meer und Himmel ist genial. In der Ferne zogen große Schiffe vorbei. Das lässt über notwendige Schönheitsreparaturen oder Renovierungen locker hinweg sehen. Sehr gut ist der direkte Zugang vom Haus zum Innenhof und der Garage. Diese könnte für breite Autos zu schmal sein. Mein Audi und die beiden Fahrräder passten - hintereinander - gut hinein. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind in Knokke und Umgebung deutlich höher als in Norddeutschland. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und empfehlen den Urlaub dort!

Appartement très agréable

Séjour de vacances très réussi, la météo étant au rendez-vous. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage avec notre bambin, faire des promenades, revoir zebrugge et son port, sluis qui est très sympa et aussi nous rappeler notre enfance, puisque nous passions tous nos étés au zoute
