Main swimming pool, lawn bowling, shuffle boards, clubhouse restaurant and 2 golf courses are all a short walk away. Short drive to 5th Ave and the beach. Large lanai with view of the 18th green. Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, ensuite and very large walk in closet with built in shelves/cabinets. Second bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. Unit comes with free WiFi, a 50 inch TV in living room and a 32 inch TV in master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer available in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped. No pets and no smoking.
