Relax in this custom built vacation house, 3,635 square feet, loaded with commissioned art, many amenities and contemporary beach style decor. Enjoy your own private heated swimming pool (no extra charge), hot tub (21x15), and fire pit, one block to 30A and multiple nearby beach accesses, Seaside & Watercolor. Seaside is a short ten minute walk.
4 BR - 3 1/2 baths and an upstairs den/media area in main house. Kitchen set up for gourmet cooking. Seating for twenty on the outside deck with grill, fire pit, lounging chairs, couch, dining table and chairs, and TV. The neighborhood has limited rental homes, the lot is large and the landscaping is beautiful, creating a tropical beachlike paradise.

Also available a 1 BR - 1 full bath, living and kitchen areas in Carriage House with pull-out couch for parties over 10. The Carriage House is not rented separately, only to those that need extra room with the Main House ($1,200.00 for the week).

Old Seagrove is the best area along 30A. Eight beach accesses within .7 miles. No worries of "Private Beaches", a no hassle beach area. It's a five minute walk to the beach and ten minutes to walk to Seaside. Two restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store, bank, ice cream store and boutique also within walking distance. Twenty-three miles of bike track at the end of the street, Seagrove Village Drive.

"The beach is about three minutes away by foot and the heart of Seaside is about five minutes away by bicycle. There are dozens of things about CampodiBella that we loved, but one of the best is that we were able to enjoy the relative privacy of Seagrove Beach (compared to the elbow-to-elbow crowds of Seaside's beach), yet still be close to the dining of Seaside (e.g. "Great Southern Cafe," "Bud and Alley's" and the many Airstream food trailers). We truly had the best of 30-A. We have already made plans to return to CampodiBella in 2016. We've stayed in dozens of VRBO homes over several years. CampodiBella stands out as the absolute best vacation home we've rented. We heartily recommend it to any family."

Carriage house is separate and available for rental if desired, but not required. Carriage House rental is $1,200.00 plus $75.00 cleaning fee. Over 10 guests (including children), require rental of the Carriage House. The Garage is not included with the rental of the Carriage House.

Master BR suite on first floor overlooks the pool and has a Garden Tub/Spa and a very large master bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. Linen bedding and Sealy Posturepedic mattress. Desk area for computer. Commissioned photography art.

Large open floor plan-Great room on first floor includes 65”large screen Smart TV, horizontal contemporary fireplace, breakfast nook (seats 4), full dining room (seats 6), living room with a pull out couch, and large kitchen with island bar that seats seven. Great room opens to large deck/porch and pool area. Kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances including a large built-in ice maker. A large pantry is available for grocery storage. All the amenities are available for doing your own cooking: service for 16, plenty of cooking utensils and the finest of appliances.

Second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. King size beds in two bedrooms and two queen size beds in the bedroom #3. Upstairs Media/Den area is perfect for watching TV and playing video games. This area is not meant to be an extra bedroom. Work Desk available for those doing a little work while on vacation. All bedding is custom and all mattresses are Sealy Posturepedic.

The Carriage House is much like a one bedroom beach apartment. It has a living area complete with a flat screen Smart TV and a pull-out Queen couch. The full kitchen includes all stainless appliances, a round table that seats four with a unique wooden chandelier. The separate bedroom has a king-size bed with a headboard made from a winery in Hungary from the 1800's. The bathroom is contemporary with a vessel sink and a walk-in shower decorated with mirror, crystal and stone tiles.

Outdoor Kitchen and Gas grill available for cooking with seating around the swimming pool. Deck also includes a large screen Smart TV. Gas fire pit on deck area. Large front porch with ceiling fans and great deck furniture. Also a 42"x84" swing, just perfect for an afternoon nap.

There are four outdoor security cameras on each of the four corners of the house. There is also a security camera on the Carriage House facing the lot on the east side and one on the front facing the street.

Full-size washer and dryer in laundry room. Six large screen TV's in main house; each bedroom with its own. Two big screen TVs in the Carriage House. Custom Plantation-like shutters for each window. This not your typical rental home!!!!

Beach accesses (400 steps from the house) are located approximately every 75 yards along Hwy 30a. Bike paths along 30A to the north (Publix Shopping Area, Liquor Store, Bike Rental, etc) and to the South to the Beach. The town of Seaside is a five minute bike ride where you will find great restaurants, shopping and many family activities. Publix grocery store and a mini-shopping area complete with boutiques are located just 3 blocks down 395. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a few minutes away.
