Mooi groot vakantiehuis met tuin, dichtbij Santander, de zee en bergachtig gebied. Fijn welkom en prima keukenfaciliteiten. Aangrenzende dorp heeft meer levendigheid, restaurant en grote supermarkt. Makkelijk gelegen om vanuit dit huis de omgeving te bereiken met de auto

Preciosa casa cuidada al detalle

La estancia ha sido estupenda. La casa está genial. Es amplia, esta muy cuidada y es preciosa, cuidada con muchos detalles. Y tiene de todo. Hasta secador. Tiene un jardín perfecto para los niños. Ángeles muy amable y atenta. Buena localización a 15-30 minutos de cualquier punto de cantabria. De 10. El único pero esta si por lo que sea no pueden subir escaleras, porque tiene tres pisos(como se ve en las fotos)

Limpieza, comodidad y tranquilidad

El alojamiento es muy bonito y, sobre todo, estaba limpísimo. La propietaria es muy amable y el contacto fue muy fluido desde el primer momento. El alojamiento está a unos 20 kilómetros de Santander y muy cerca de Cabárceno. La localidad es pequeñita, pero tiene cerca supermercado, carnicería y todo lo necesario. Lo mejor de la ubicación es que en 20 minutos en coche, por buena carretera, puedes estar en las playas. También está en plenos valles pasiegos y merece la pena recorrerlos porque el paisaje y los enclaves son una preciosidad. La casa tiene además un porche acristalado en el que, si el tiempo no acompaña, se puede desayunar y pasar un agradable rato de lectura y charla. Hemos pasado cinco días fantásticos disfrutando de la tranquilidad que buscábamos.

La casa resultaba muy comoda, con todo el utillaje necesario y la propietaria estaba disponible en cualquier momento para lo que se pudiera necesitar. El pueblo no era muy interesante pero el enclave estaba muy cerca de muchos parajes dignos de visitarse. Pasamos una semana muy agradable.

Uitstekende woning.en zeer attente eigenares

Zeer goed verzorgde woning, alles was piekfijn in orde toen we aankwamen met een zeer hartelijke ontvangst. Na onze slechte ervaring van vorig jaar met andere maatschappij , was dit dag en nacht verschil, alles was zeer net en alle benodigheden waren voorzien. De keuken was goed uitgerust, met alle nodige produkten om te wassen en aftewassen. De badkamers waren ook met alles voorzien, zeep en ruim voldoende handdoeken. Op de bedden lagen zelfs nieuwe matrassen. Kortom uitstekend voorzieningen. Het huisje ligt in een zeer rustige stadje waar je slaapt zonder lawaai. In het nabij gelegen stadje Saron zijn er enkele winkels en indien nodig ga je naar Santander of Torrelavega bieden op 20km afstand waar je Mercadona, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi, Dia en Supermerados Lupa hebt. Santander is daarnaast ook een mooie stad om te bezoeken ook de kust ligt op een klein uurtje rijden van de plaats en wat zeker een aanrader is de stad Comillas en ook "Playa Ugil " in Mogro is zeker een aanrader. Dichtbij ligt ook het natuurpark Cabarceno die zeker het bezoeken waard is. Ook een ideale uitvalbasis om mooie wandelingen te gaan maken in de bergen, zo hebben we een wandelingen van de 28 watervallen gedaan nabij Vega de paz. Iets verder rijden ligt "Barcena Mayor" het oudste stadje van Cantabrie met slecht 23 inwoners in de winter en Ook Potes op zowat anderhalf uur rijden is zeker de moeite waard met een prachtige rit doorheen de "Desfiladero de la Hermida". Kortom een reis die ons lang zal bijblijven en en plaats en huisje die we in de toekomst nog zeker en vast zouden herhuren. De eigenares was ook zeer attentvol over de verloop van de reis en nam enkele keren contact met ons op om te weten of alles in orde was.
