Apartment in villa with garden on the Ballona creek valley, in the hamlet Antoliva 5 minutes drive from the center of Intra. the apartment is furnished with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom is on the first floor and overlooks the garden where there are tables and chairs in the shade of a rhododendron. From the house you can reach the main attractions of Lake Maggiore as the Borromeo Islands, Stresa, the nearby Switzerland (30 min drive), the towns of Intra, Pallanza and thanks to intra ferry from the Lombardy side with the famous laveno, and luino the Angera castle. It can walk to the beach in 15 minutes, "the rock", with adjoining sailing club. also the atmosphere of the house and 'made suggestive from the nearby waterfall of rio Ballona.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning setting

We stayed here for 9 nights for our first time in the Italian lakes. Anita was a great host and very responsive to messages and had lots of information on the local area and places to visit!

Sehr Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr übersichtlich und eher empfehlenswert für nur zwei Leute, aber wenn es darum geht einen Urlaub außerhalb der Wohnung zu machen ist sie perfekt ;) Einziges Makel, die Straße vor der Tür ist nichts für Lang-/Frühschläfer wenn die mopeds den Berg hoch kommen.. Sehr sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Gerne nochmal..

Er wordt geadverteerd met uitzicht op het meer. Het enige wat we zagen was een jungle die tuin genoemd werd. Je kon niet in de tuin zitten vanwege de enorme begroeiing en rotzooi. Het huisje was super gehorig. Als er een auto langsreed en de ramen stonden open kon je elkaar niet meer horen. We zijn na 1 nacht gevlucht. We zijn gewoon belazerd en eisen ons geld terug.

Unterkunft mit morbidem Charme

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, aber nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Der Garten ist wild und sollte mal gerodet werden. Im Haus selbst wohnt eine nette ältere Dame. Die Vermieter wohnen in Turin und sind wohl nur im Sommer auf ihrem Landsitz. Für die warme Jahreszeit ist das Appartement besser geeignet. Wir haben im April öfter gefroren, weil es keine Heizung gab. Verbania Zentrum ist in 20 - 30min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die tolle Bäckerei und Konditorei Bonny ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Sehr schöne alte Villa mit hohen Räumen und den typischen Holzfensterläden

Daher auch bei großer Hitze angenehm. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, ansonsten ist die Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr schön mit alten Möbeln. Lage 100m oberhalb des Sees sehr angenehm, da man hier immer ein kleines „Lüftchen“ hat. Nur die Straße ist manchmal etwas laut. Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Agréable

Location bien située à 2km du centre ville de Verbania. Grande maison style 19 siècle divisée en plusieurs appartements , dont un occupé et l'autre pour la location décrite ici, dans un jardin verdoyant presque tropical avec possibilité de garer la voiture. Appartement confortable ( il manquait juste un plat pour le four). Fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur un canyon avec une cascade ( non visible à cause de la végétation luxuriante) et les villages accrochés aux montagnes. Coté salon/cuisine, petit balcon très ensoleillé donnant sur une petite rue en pente bordée de pavillons. Petite rue parfois sonore car très fréquentée l'été par les voitures et motos. Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines, et avons vraiment passé de très bonne vacances. Nous aurions aimé prolonger. Bruno le propriétaire a été très accueillant.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a donné toutes les informations utiles au bon déroulement de notre séjour. La maison est très calme, très agréable, bien située pour visiter Verbania et les iles Borromées .Le stationnement en ville ne pose pas de problèmes. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Nous avons apprécié le parking dans la propriété . Séjour très agréable, nous avons très envie de revenir .
