Best value in Knokke

Our host Danny was wonderful. We have not been the easiest guests, unfortunately, but Danny has been very reasonable and understanding. The apartment is spacey and clean, and the location is superb. Best value for money in Knokke.

Danny is an exceptional host! He's always available, gives excellent advice and is always willing to help, even with finding parking spaces. His flat is impeccably maintained, fully equipped and offers every comfort. Its central location in the heart of Avenue Lippens is a real asset.

Super stay

We had a very warm welcome by the host Danny. He was very accommodating (helped unloading the car and finding a parking spot) and arranged a baby bed and baby chair at our request. The appartment is clean and convenient. Comfortable beds. In the center of Knokke, all you need at walking distance. We will definitely come back!

A disaster

Dear VRBO I have to give a very bad review to Dann The add that Danny put on your site is a complete and total lie. The add reads waterfront. Truth is the sea is half mile away, and not visible from the property. Danny’s add reads sleeping 6. But this is absolutely not true: First bedroom reads a king bed, and yes, there is a king bed. Second bedroom reads: a queen bed and two beds. Really, there is a bunk bed and on the top it is very small space between the bed itself and the ceiling for a small child. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for small children. That’s it. I would say that the property is sleeping a couple and one or two small CHILDREN. That’s it. When I made contact with Danny, in July, he knew we were coming from the US and i insisted on the fact that I was coming with my mother in law who was turning ninety (90). Since we had no car, I asked if we could walk to the beach and go to restaurants by foot with someone who did not walk for a long time. He said yes, restaurants, shopping, beach were very close. I let you know about these conversations because i insisted several times on my coming with a 90 year old lady. My stay has been awful, because my mother in law did not have a decent bedroom. No this property is not sleeping 6. It is a terrible lie. The pictures in your website are showing the dining and living room, not the kid bedroom The property does not provide another option such as, for instance, a sofa bed. this owner

The apartment is located in the center of Knokke. All shops and restaurants are around the property. The photos on the website are lifelike. Upon arrival they said that they had not booked themselves. Someone else did it for them. Then they don't have to point out that it is incorrect.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Große, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung (bis auf eine Waschmaschine). Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Bushaltestellen (Linie 41) ist direkt vor der Tür. Bahnhof und Strand sind auch nicht weit. Viele Restaurants, Bistros und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dany war sehr hilfsbereit (Parkplatzsuche und Stadtrundfahrt :-) )

Superwohnung in Superlage!

Wir sind begeistert von der Wohnung! Sehr sauber und geräumig, schön eingerichtet und bequeme Betten.Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Der Vermieter Danny ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, direkt an der belebten Haupteinkaufsstraße, und nur ein paar Meter zur Promenade und zum Strand.Alles ist in der Nähe, auch zum Naturschutzgebiet De Zwin kann man locker zu Fuß laufen! Das Auto kann man tatsächlich ein paar Tage lang stehen lassen.Hundertprozentige Weiterempfehlung!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Der Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. In 3 bis 5 min war man am Strand. Bäcker etc alles in weniger als 5 min erreichbar. Schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub genossen.

Appartement de rêve idéalement situé

Tout à été parfait ! Entre le propriétaire qui à été aux petits soins avec nous (gestion de notre arrivée quelques jours avant notre départ/accueil par le propriétaire lui même/flexibilité des heures d'arrivée et de départ) et le spacieux appartement qui est situé à deux pas de la mer et dans la meilleure rue de Knokke, tout était réuni pour passer un super séjour. Bref réservation déjà prévue pour l'année prochaine. Encore merci à Danny qui à été super avec nous.

Een parel van een accomodatie!

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam! Echt een aanrader. Midden in het centum, genoeg te doen. Het appartement is bijna geheel vernieuwd alleen de badkamer en de toilet nog, maar die zagen er toch best goed uit en zuiver. Fantastisch bed en gezellige keuken/ woonkamer. Met lift en bagage voor de deur lossen, goede uitleg van de eigenaar over parking en eetgelegenheden etc. We zijn best wat gewend en dit pareltje blijft in onze lijst staan! Veel plezier J & B

Nur zum empfehlen

Wir bedanken uns für Aufenthalt in diesen wunderbaren Wohnung.Der Empfang war ganz nett,es wurde uns geholfen die Sachen nach oben zu bringen,nachher wurde uns gezeigt wo man sich parken dürfte ohne Gebühren (in der Woche ).Die Wohnung war sauber ,und man hat wirklich alles was man bei einen kurzen Urlaub bräuchte.Die Wohnung befand sich ca.7 min zu Fuß. Die Promenade ist einfach ein Traum.Dort gibt es ganz viele schöne Spielplätze.Für einen kurzen Urlaub ist es das richtige.Was zu bemängeln ist,dass der Ort selber bittet wenig für Familien mit Kindern,was es auch selbverstständig ist. Danken für schöne erholsame Tage...

überraschende Zusatzkosten

Bei Ankunft verlangte der Vermieter 60,00 € für die Endreinigung, alternativ das Putzen selbst zu erledigen. Bad, WC und Küche waren deutlich älter als das Wohnzimmer, außerdem ungepflegt bis verschmutzt. Der unmöblierte Balkon ist nur ein schmaler Streifen von ca. 50 cm Breite Im Schlafzimmer gibt es leider keine Nachtischlampen.

Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen besagen, dass für eine Katzenfrau zusätzliche Kosten anfallen. Die Lage ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir stellen Nachtlichter neben dem Bett zur Verfügung.
