The open plan living/dining room is light and airy and enjoys lovely uninterrupted views across Brixham harbour.

There is a three seater sofa, coffee table and wall uplighters.
If you have time to watch TV then there is a 32″ TV with Freeview and Bluray/DVD player!

The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with gas hob and hood, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Excellent short break

We had a very relaxing weekend break based in Brixham enjoying being able to go out in the town. The flat was an excellent base with all the facilities you could hope for. We felt really welcomed by the hosts.

Lovely property, ideally located. Very clean with all you could need - and more. The owners were extremely helpful, met us, showed us where the parking was and even left a bottle of fizz, scones, cream and jam! Absolutely will be returning.

Brilliant location

We went to Brixham for a short trip. The location is perfect for everything,, looking over the harbour, great for shopping, restaurants and exploring. The flat is wonderful it has everything, extremely clean and comfortable. It also has a free car parking space a short walk away. Would highly recommend and hope to return sometime.

One Fishermans loft is modern, stylist and spotlessly clean. with everything you could need for a great holiday. Great location, in the middle of Brixham. The view from the windows over looks the harbour , a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Ian and Liz, the hosts, gave us a lovely warm welcome and the welcome pack was a really nice surprise. The apartment has private parking a couple of minutes walk away. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Simply the best

Its hard to imagine there is a better rental apartment in Brixham. The location is amazing with fantastic views directly over the harbour. Walk out the door and you are right in the centre of everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully and stylishly decorated and had everything including limitless tea and coffee, toiletries, dozens of DVD’s. It was cozy and warm, important as the weather when we stayed was abysmal! Our hosts Ian and Liz met us at the apartment, showed us around the apartment, gave great advice about where to eat and drink and made sure we were happy with everything before taking us to the secure parking. Not right at the apartment but very close and something of a luxury if you know the tight streets in Brixham. If you are thinking of a break in Brixham you really should stay here, totally recommend.

Very Impressive

My wife and I stopped here for 2 weeks in February and it was fantastic. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained, the bed and furnishings are comfortable and it is equipped with everything you need. We cooked every other night and I can say that the kitchen, although small, is super. All of this and a great view too!

Fabulous apartment

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a great location. Very clean and well equipped. An essential plus for us was the dedicated parking space. The 'treasure chest' of toiletries (should you forget something) is an excellent idea and the lovely treats we discovered were greatly appreciated. Ian and Liz (owners) greeted us with a warm welcome and are extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Bendigedig / Wonderful apartment that ticked all of the boxes.

Am fflat bendigedig! Perfect location. Great hosts. Fantastic apartment - clean and cozy with everything that you could ever need on holiday including binoculars! Having bedlinen and towels included made life easy. Parking space was also very useful. 100% one of the best apartmemts that we have ever visited. We will not hesitate before returning. Diolch!

Wonderful welcome and an immaculately presented apartment

Just spend 4 fantastic days in Brixham and lucky enough we had the weather on our side too. Huge thanks to Ian & Liz for their warm welcome and advise on where to go & eat. Can't recommend the apartment highly enough, beautifully presented throughout and right in the heart of the harbour with great views. Liz and Ian started their move to Brixham in 2015, finally moving permanently in February 2016. Previously they lived in Sandhurst, Berkshire.

We have always wanted to live near the sea, and although we had never visited Brixham before April 2015 we fell in love with it straightaway and knew this was where we wanted to be.

Ian has taken early retirement from a job in IT, but still spends a lot of time keeping the website and social media pages updated. Liz spends a lot of her time making sure our holiday home is a place that people will enjoy when they visit, so all the personal touches are down to her!

We enjoy walking and Brixham is an ideal place for that with the South West Coast Path running around the town. In particular we think there is nothing better than a walk up to Berry Head – the views are stunning!

As we live in Brixham (only a two minute walk from One Fisherman’s Loft) we love to share our experiences and knowledge of where to go, what to do and recommendations on where to eat etc. So if you do come and stay in our apartment don’t be afraid to ask us!

Why they chose this property

One Fisherman's Loft is just in the ideal location. From the main door the harbour is about 30 metres away, and it is also located close to many shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is well appointed, with high class fixtures and fittings and we have done everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Brixham.

What makes this property unique

The views from both the living room and bedroom are wonderful. We often just sit and look out of the window at the harbour and quayside - it is much better than watching TV!
