Stunning fully renovated apartment with air-conditioning

This very beautiful and very bright 63 m² 2-bedroom apartment has 3 air-conditioning units (bedroom, living space and living room) and exceptional direct views of the sea and the port. It is located on the first floor of a family house and has been renovated in early 2011. It is wonderfully located in the heart of the historical district. Everything has been renovated: triple glazing windows (sound and heat insulation) and very beautiful decoration by the owner that owns a decoration boutique downstairs “Ciel & Bleu”. There are 2 bedrooms (12 m² each) with 160 cm bed including 1 with balcony and French window. The house is South-East-exposed so it is sunny until 4:00 p.m. in summer. Living space with 2 windows, 4-seat sofa-bed, flat screen television, DVD player with 25 movies at your disposal, CD radio and Wi-Fi, fitted kitchen, smoke alarm, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, small laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer and shower room with spacious shower, washbasin and heated towel rail and a secured parking area for guests in July and August (included in the rental rate).
As the apartment is well located facing the port, there are many tourist attractions as well as departures for trips: the arrival of fishermen all year long around 4:00 p.m., the strolls on the marina as well as on the promenade towards the fish market passing by the famous street called “Rue du Soleil” because it is bathed in sunlight all day long, visit of Collioure on foot or via the Chemin des Douaniers (25 minutes), the small cliff road towards Cap Béart to continue on foot via the coastal path towards Paulilles and its pebble beaches, the very picturesque rise towards Fort Dugommier and the Vauban Redoubt on the slopes of Tour Madeloc, etc. All of these are possibilities to choose the type of stroll and the difficulty. The originality of our town comes from this strange combination of sea and mountain, this very disturbing harmony between the last foothills of the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.

This was a lovely spot overlooking the port. Pierre and Mijung were wonderful hosts, very helpful.

The apartment is full of light and color- four of us were very comfortable. We enjoyed the markets and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen- everything we could possibly need was provided. We also enjoyed strolling to the local restaurants. The apartment is an excellent base for day trips to surrounding coastal towns and we visited picturesque Carcassone.When a camera was left in a taxi, Mijung helped us track down the cab driver and he delivered it to us! Thanks Mijung so much for your assistance! You were the most delightful hosts!

Pierre LEBERGER est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, l'appartement est "class" et avec une âme et la vue est "divine" car c'est le ciel et le temps qui la font vivre. Et une semaine de cure de poissons grâce à Maria Jose Gabriel... du poisson à tous les repas sans que ça sente la marée dans l'appartement; c'est merveilleux de manger du bon poisson ultra frais et aussi de bons petits vins du caviste voisin... et sans oublier le petit boucher juste à coté et ses délicieux produits.... . Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet appartement très agréable décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien aménagé ; il ne manquait vraiment rien, la situation est parfaite pour visiter Port Vendres et sa région. La vue directe sur le port est juste fabuleuse, le paysage et les couleurs changent tous les jours, c'est un spectacle permanent. Nous avons fait une cure de poissons grâce au stand de Maria José et Gabriel qui vendent leur pêche du jour juste en face de l'appartement. Le propriétaire Mr Leberger est une personne charmante et très arrangeante qui nous a proposé un dépannage de dernière minute suite à un imprévu. Il fait le maximum pour le confort et le bien être de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir passer à nouveau quelques jours à Port Vendres.

Très bel appartement confortable, moderne, très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, bien situé au coeur de la petite ville et face au port ce qui permet de profiter du poisson frais, à proximité de jolis sites à ne pas manquer de visiter (Collioure, Col de Banyuls... avec une petite virée à Cadaques, la frontière espagnole n'est pas loin), sans oublier la dégustation des vins et produits locaux. Excellent accueil et bel échange avec le propriétaire passionné, notamment par sa région. Nous avons suivi ses bons conseils... Très agréable séjour !

Très bel appartement décoré avec gout.. Spacieux très bien équipé avec clim dans chaque pièce (tres apréciable) et très calme. Un emplacement idéal sur le port proche des commerces . Une région magnifique à decouvrir aussi bien à pied qu' en voiture. Notre séjour fut impeccable sans oublier l'extrème gentillesse des proprietaires toujours prets à vous rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce magnifique appartement, très bien équipé, où rien ne manque. Appartement très calme, clair et donnant sur le port, commerces à proximité et restaurants. Notre hôte a su nous donner les renseignements nécessaires pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour, et nous avons bien sympathisé avec lui. Hôte vraiment charmant Nombreuses balades en bord de mer à faire, un vrai régal. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir, ce n'était que du bonheur. Nous vous recommandons vraiment cette location et son charmant propriétaire.
