About this property

700m from the beach 300m from the fisherman's house center 3 bedrooms on 3 levels

Town house 700m from the sea and 200m from shops. The house consists of a room
25 m2 including a fitted kitchen and a living room .WC on the ground floor. A washing machine and a freezer complete the equipment. On the 1st floor the bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and a bedroom (140 cm bed), 1 baby bed. On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms with each (1 double bed). On the 3rd floor the attic (with games for children). The heating is electric.
There is no garden area it gives directly on the street (which is one way) To park the car there is a small place next to the house otherwise the parking is unilateral (it is not paying) . The shops are 200m away. Possibility of online booking, however, the booking cannot be made if the request is made less than 7 days before the rental is taken and must not be less than 2 nights and outside school holidays:
  - Monday 2 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m .: contact the owner
   - Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 4 p.m .: contact the owner 06 86 56 86 75

Wir waren zu dritt im Haus und dadurch hatte jeder ein Zimmer. Die Betten waren bequem, es gab sehr gute Jalousien. Alles war sehr sauber. Großes Badezimmer, Gäste WC, Raum für die Waschmaschine und eine super ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage war hervorragend in Richtung Stadt und Strand. Der große Tisch in der Küche war Klasse, um Spiele zu spielen. Der Gastgeber hat immer freundlich und zuverlässig geschrieben, es war sogar ein Bild dabei, wie man an den Schlüssel kommt. In der Wohnung waren immer kleine Beschreibungen zu verschiedenen Sachen. Das war super. Dadurch wusste man immer, wie etwas geht. In der Touristen Information bekommt man eine Karte von Fécamp. Dadurch bekommt man bei manchen Museen etc. Rabatte. Wir haben auch ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Tipp für andere Urlauber. Fahrt mit dem Bus von Fécamp nach Étretat, oder abends ab 19 Uhr mit dem Auto.

Insgesamt war das Haus sauber gemütlich und in einer angenehmen Lage. Küche ist gut ausgestattet bis auf Kleinigkeiten. Handtücher, Spülzeug hatten wir dabei.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Leider gab es im Haus kein WLAN.

Sehr schöne Woche in Fécamp verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön zentral, alles was man braucht, ist in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und kümmern sich direkt wenn es etwas gibt. Ideal ist das Spielzimmer unter dem Dach besonders wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Un gîte très bien équipé, très propre et très bien placé dans la ville de Fécamp. La plage est à moins de 10 min à pied. Le port est à 2 minutes à pied. Très proche également à 5 minutes : restaurants, supérette, poissonnerie. Le gîte comporte également un étage dédié au enfants avec jouets et jeux à disposition. Fecamp n est qu à 15 minutes en voiture d Etretat et à 10 Minutes d Yport. À l office du tourisme vous pourrez obtenir des randonnées autour de la ville et de ses environs. le palais Bénédictine est à côté du gîte ce qui permettra une visite sympa (escape game) et un apéritif dans un lieu très beau et branché. Enfin la météo a été avec nous ce qui a contribué à notre super séjour.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus besteht aus 4 kleinen Etagen. Alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt ist vor Ort (und noch viel mehr). Das Spielzimmer unter dem Dach ist der Hammer. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das große Bad und die geräumige Dusche. Wir hatten mit dem Vermieter keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Dennoch verlief die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Einen Parkplatz für unser Auto haben wir auch immer in der Nähe gefunden. (Wir wissen nicht, wie dies in der Hochsaison aussieht) Der Parkplatz war dann auch mit jeder Menge Möwenkacke includiert :-) . Die Wege zum Hafen, Bäcker und Meer sind fußläufig zu bewältigen.Alles in Allem eine schöne und preislich recht günstige Wohnung.

Logement très fonctionnel , proche du port et du centre ville. Belle pièce au rdv ' 3 grandes chambres , un petit bémol, les wc auraient mérités être séparés de la salle de bain à l'étage.
