Great location

We loved the community, close location to the beach, and the layout of the condo. It did get rather warm in the condo. Thank goodness there were fans for us to use. Great pool, covered parking, convenient BBQ grills, and quiet.

Great stay! Listing was a bit inaccurate.

Amazing experience, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Listing was inaccurate as there was no view at all as it was completely obstructed. Listing mentioned a king bed but it main bedroom was a queen. Maybe the king was the fold out bed?

Kauai vacation

We had an amazing experience here. It was a great central location, weather was wonderful. The condo is stocked with nearly everything you would need (would have been nice to have some lotion). It was pretty warm in the main part of the condo but the bedroom had an ac unit which was wonderful. We spent little to no time in the main part of the condo anyway because we were out and about. The bed was extremely comfortable. You can see the ocean if you are standing on the back patio, but if you are sitting down you cannot because the plants in the back are too tall. This was a bummer for me but overall this was an awesome place!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at poipu kai. Although the condo was very hot even with multiple fans blowing, the AC unit in the bedroom kept us cool at night and the grounds and pool were beautiful. The bed was also very comfortable. We did have a maintenance person enter the condo while we were there without knocking, which felt invasive to our privacy, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely visit again.

Secluded paradise

This home, while part of the Manualoha property, and the overall Poipu Kai resort, felt like we were secluded and separate from everyone else. We rarely heard our neighbors, even while on the lanai. There is a partial ocean view and you can’t hardly even see other condos from the windows. Just lush foliage and ocean. We would definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. We appreciated being able to borrow the snorkeling gear, beach towels, and chairs. We would highly recommend the condo and would stay here again!!
