This lovely chalet bungalow is in the village of Charlesfield near to St Boswells and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Little Gem Lodge is a lovely chalet bungalow situated in the village of Charlesfield, just four miles from St Boswells in the Scottish Borders. The bungalow can sleep four people and has one king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower and one twin together with shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a veranda with furniture. Little Gem Lodge is in an ideal location for exploring this lovely part of the country.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, front veranda with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, bar in hotel 1 mile. Tea room 10 mins walk.
