Delightful penthouse on the second floor of a building located in a quiet area, a short distance from the sea, the lake Puccini and the center of Viareggio. All rooms have direct access to a beautiful terrace of 100 square meters where you can enjoy the sun or spend nice evenings, having dinner under the stars.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questa stupenda location. L' accoglienza e' quanto di meglio si possa desiderare, il gestore è sempre pronto a qualsiasi bisogno degli ospiti. Situato in posizione tranquilla, un must l'ampio terrazzo ed il posto macchina all'interno della proprietà a pochi bassi dal portone di accesso . Sistemazione perfetta anche per soggiorni di lunga durata.

Schönes großes Appartement

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Terrasse ist riesig und die Schlafzimmer alle einzeln mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio war schnell und problemlos auf englisch. Wir haben mit dem Auto und dem Zug schöne Ausflüge nach Luca, Pisa und Florenz etc. unternommen. Der kostenlose und schöne Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Su un'altra piattaforma che non posso menzionare, ho 136 recensioni, media 4,93. Ora scrivo come sono andate le cose: --------------------------------------------------- Sei notti dal 17 al 23 Luglio 2022 a Maison Michelle - Viareggio, Toscana, Italy Mauro non è stato a Maison Michelle. Mauro è il padre di Luca: lui è stato l’ospite, insieme ad altri 5 amici, fra i 17 e i 20 anni. Luca, che non ho incontrato, mi è sembrato un bravo ragazzo, a giudicare dalle telefonata intercorse: un po’ troppo lenta la comunicazione. Il grosso problema però è stata la spazzatura: sembra che non abbiano gestito per nulla la raccolta differenziata, mi sono trovato una montagna di rifiuti mescolati e non separati. Questo devo assolutamente dirlo perché è una brutta cosa. La raccolta differenziata si fa! NON per Fabio, NON per Maison Michelle, ma per il mondo intero e tutti i suoi abitanti. Spero che riusciranno migliorare. Fabio

Semplicemente perfetta!

Abbiamo affittato la Maison Michelle per due settimane in luglio e tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto! La casa è equipaggiata di TUTTO, arredata con gusto e veramente piacevole da abitare. La terrazza da sola è un plus non indifferente! Fabio,il proprietario, è stato fin dal primo contatto estremamente gentile e disponibile, dal self check-in (idea fantastica!) a qualunque informazione necessaria. Siamo abituati a viaggiare e raramente si trovano una tale accoglienza ed una completezza di accessori così vasta. Ringraziando Fabio per l’attenzione che dedica alla Maison, consigliamo vivamente questo delizioso appartamento a chiunque voglia passare un po’ di tempo in Versilia. Cristiana& Fabio Nous avons loué la Maison Michelle pendant deux semaines en juillet et tout était parfait ! La maison est équipée de TOUT, meublée avec goût et vraiment agréable à vivre. La terrasse à elle seule est un plus non négligeable ! Fabio, le propriétaire, était extrêmement gentil et serviable dès le premier contact, de l'auto-enregistrement (idée fantastique!) à toutes les informations nécessaires. Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et nous trouvons rarement un tel accueil et une telle gamme d'accessoires. En remerciant Fabio pour l'attention qu'il consacre à la Maison, nous recommandons vivement ce charmant appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer du temps en Versilia. Cristiana & Fabio We rented the Maison Michelle for two weeks in July and everything was just perfect! The house is equipped with EVERYTHING, tastefully furnished and really pleasant to live in. The terrace alone is a significant plus! Fabio, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful from the very first contact, from self check-in (fantastic idea!) to any necessary information. We are used to traveling and rarely do we find such a welcome and such a vast range of accessories. Super ausgestattet, extrem netter Kontakt, viel Platz

Man fühlt sich sehr schnell zu Hause. Das Appartment ist top eingerichtet, Gasherd, Spülmaschine etc.. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht (Tabs, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Shampoo etc). Zusätzlich gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Schranke. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzaria und der Wald zum Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Alles perfekt!

Soggiorno perfetto e proprietario gentilissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato durante la fiera del Lucca comics e che dire?! È stato tutto perfetto! A partire dal proprietario che è stato veramente disponibilissimo e gentile! Ci siamo ritrovati poi in un comodissimo (anche in termini di locazione) appartamento in cui siamo stati agevolmente in 6!! L'arredamento è nuovo e davvero di buon gusto. Mi sento vivamente di consigliare questa casa per le vostre vacanze, per gruppi come il nostro ma anche per coppie singole dato che lo spazio è ben organizzato e funzionale.
