The property is located in one of the most sought areas of Viareggio, with its peaceful streets, provides easy walking access to all amenities(beach, park/pinewood, shopping area) and services(supermarket, railway station) of this beautiful seaside city.

The house not only has a large living room with 2 sofas(1 sofabed),a fully equipped new kitchen , 2 spacious double bedrooms , 1 bathroom with bath/shower, but also benefit of an Annexe with another kitchen with fireplace and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
The property has air conditioning.
To complete there is a lovely patio & back garden that is enriched by an ancient Olive tree surrounded by comfortable outdoor sofa.

The property can accommodate comfortably up to 8 people (3 double bedrooms + 1 sofa bed); it is child friendly, ideal for families, or group of friends.

The bedrooms are all spacious with wardrobes, and each of them can be arranged with double bed or 2 single beds to best suit our guests needs.
Bedlinen and towels are provided at no extra cost.

Baby cot bed, travel chair and high chair are available. Bicycles can be rented from nearby park at very convenient weekly rates.
