La Roca is situated on a cliff above Fuengirola 7 km long fine sand beach in Torreblanca. The area offers a cozy pueblo feeling close to everything needed for a great holiday!

The house has a high standard and has everything you need for a great holiday. The area is quiet and suitable for couples or for a family with older children.

A Scandinavian fresh house townhouse with 4 floors of 150 sqm with plenty of space and plenty of room for up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms with together 6 regular beds, one extra bed on one mattress and one on an air mattress.

The house's two top floors offer breathtaking views of Fuengirola 7 km long sandy beach. The house is situated on a cliff. The area's elevator saves your legs a bit down the beach.

Our modern town house is tastefully decorated and equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a terrace, two balconies and a roof terrace with the area's best view both towards the sea and towards the mountains.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a terrace with its own small pool that goes out from one of the bedrooms.

Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, dining area and large balcony partly covered.

Friend 1: Master Bedroom with bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small balcony. Wake up to stunning views.

Atico: Living room with corner sofa and exit to roof terrace with lounge furniture.

Scandinavian-style furniture. All bedrooms have storage.

Fabulous spacious and well equipped house in convenient location

A great place to base yourself for a holiday on Costa Del Sol if you are looking for a quieter stay but near enough to the bars and restaurants of Torreblanca. The shared infinity pool was lovely to come back to for a brief swim, but a bit cosy when a couple of families were there together. Good beach a short walk away. Recommend.

Rent och snyggt! Fantastisk utsikt från hus och poolområde.

Vi möttes av personal från HomeAway som visade oss huset. Väldigt trevliga och service-vänliga. Jättefint hus med allt som behövs . En liten detalj var blomsterbuketten på köksbordet. Fanns en takterrass med otrolig utsikt över stranden / havet och mot Fuengirola. Infinitypool på området med lika fin utsikt. Nära till strand och restauranger och även till busshållplats och tåg. Vill man så kan man gå in till Fuengirola längs strandpromenaden som är fantastiskt fin med mängder av restauranger./Fam Dahlkvist

Oförglömlig semester! Vi kommer tillbaka!

Det är knappt att man tror att det är sant! Att en semester lägenhet som är precis som på bilderna och som ligger med max 5 min till stranden och 10 min till tåget (3-4 min till bussen). Vi kom in med tåg till Torreblanca och visst var det varmt men det gick ändå bra att gå de 900 m. Värden mötte oss vid garaget och vi tog hissen upp i La Roca och kom upp precis vid den gemensamma poolen. Utsikten var fantastiskt. Vi ville knappt lämna. Huset har 4 våningar och alla sovrum hade AC. Det var otroligt skönt och svalkande. Att det fanns fiber gjorde att barnen fick naturlig vila från solen. Från master bedroom vaknade till den oslagbara utsikten över Fuengirola och likaså från vårt badrum. Underbart att stå i badrummet med fönstret öppet, borsta tänderna och njuta av vyen! Kök, vardagsrum och matrum fungerade bra och hade allt vi behövde (och lite till....). Bäst var ändå takterassen som ligger högst i området och där utsikten blir än lite bättre. Här grillade vi gott Iberiskt kött, loungade med en bra bok eller bar njöt av solnedgången över bergen. Vyen in mot land med berg är bedårande men det är ändå den andra mot havet som fastnar på näthinnan och som vi längtar tillbaka till. Vi hyrde ingen bil och med tanke på hur mycket bilar det var nere på stranden är vi tacksamma för det men man ska inte sticka under stol att de par hundra meterna tillbaka från stranden på eftermiddagen kan vara tunga (tills man kommer upp i hissen och svalkar sig i poolen). Det var smidigt att ta tåg från flygplatsen (€2,05) och buss in till Fuengirola (€1,15) Trots att radhusen ligger tätt och det var mycket folk i området (tror det är 15-20 radhus i området) så stördes vi inte av grannarna. Någon dag kunde det vara mycket folk vid poolen men då valde vi den egna lilla poolen. Missa inte Tapas+ vid stranden. En liten tapas bar som är som ett hål i väggen men som har fantastisk mat till bra peng. Vill man äta lite bättre så kan vi rekommendera La Leona vid Plaza Rafael (2 km och 15 min gångväg längs stranden). Vi mötte upp vänner där och alla 12 (varav 6 barn 8-12 år) var supernöjda! Jag rekommenderar denna bostad till alla. Har man problem med att gå (är för ung eller för gammal) så kan det vara jobbigt med nivåskillnader och trappor men för oss vanliga är det bara skönt att känna att man rör lite på semesterkroppen i alla fall.
