The villa is located on the top of a hill surrounded by greenery with an enchanting view of Lake Bolsena and the surrounding valleys and hills of Tuscia, Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from the nearest town so that the center of Montefiascone and the main services they are also easily reachable by taking a walk but despite this the location is extremely quiet.
The Villa, with its dominant position, is the ideal place to admire enchanting sunsets over the lake
The Villa is composed of four large independent apartments that can all be reached by an internal staircase (bed linen and towels included)
- Il Giglio Rosso is located on the ground floor (3 double bedrooms furnished with iron bed and wooden wardrobe, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen-dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with appliances - gas hob, sink, refrigerator, frizzar, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, moka; free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV, large furnished patio with table and chairs, barbecue , beautiful view of the lake)
- Il Giglio Giallo is the apartment located on the first floor (3 double bedrooms furnished with iron bed and wooden wardrobe, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen-dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with appliances - gas hob, sink, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker; free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV, large furnished patio with table and chairs, barbecue, large terrace all around, lovely view of the lake)
- Il Giglio Bianco is located on the second floor (2 double bedrooms furnished with iron bed, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room, furnished kitchenette-dishes, pots, cutlery etc.- complete with appliances-gas hob , sink, refrigerator, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker; free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV, terrace furnished with table, chairs and barbecue and upstairs an exclusive solarium of 60 m2 furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, breathtaking 360 degree view)
--Il Giglio Blu (2 double bedrooms furnished with wooden bed and wooden wardrobe, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen-dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.- complete with appliances-floor gas cooking, sink, refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker; free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV, small square furnished with table and chairs)
On the ground floor there is a large dining room and outside a large patio where everyone gathers together to eat and celebrate
Inside the villa there is a baroque style room, "Il Giglio Oro" of about 80 m2 (air conditioning / heating) where you can celebrate wedding, birthday, anniversaries together (we are available to help you organize your party as you wish)
 Attached to the party room there is a furnished kitchen (we can book a personal chef who will cook following your instructions)
The "Cantina Dei Gigli", always inside the villa, is available for guests to taste our wines (Il Giglio Rosso and Il Giglio Bianco) and local products
The villa is fully fenced for 12000m plot with a garden area with centuries-old oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees, playground for adults-ping pong, table football, tam-tam - and baby - mini-slide, mini tunnel, rocking table.
A sandy road and a small staircase lead to the swimming pool area consisting of a swimming pool and a second circular hydro-massage pool, (multicolor lighting), a large solarium area with four umbrellas, deckchairs, tables, showers and where you can organize parties and private dinners ( guitar available for guests)
A dirt road and a wooden staircase lead to a fountain with spring water, an orchard and a small wood.
The free main car park is located in a very convenient position, 10m from the entrance of the villa and between the parking lot and the ground floor of the villa there are no stairs and therefore it is also suitable for guests with engine problems or wheelchair
"I Gigli Del Belvedere" is the ideal place to stay to visit nearby sites of naturalistic and artistic interest such as Civita di Bagnoregio, the Terme Di Viterbo, Lake Bolsena and its islands, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, Terme di Saturnia , Val d'Orcia and Pienza reachable with a few minutes by car and Rome and Assisi reachable in just over an hour by car.
From the villa you can easily reach a bicycle rental and a riding school to discover the fantastic nature trails around the lake by bike, on horseback or by walking.
Breakfast is not served by us in the villa, but we will be happy to recommend the best places in the nearby historic center of Montefiascone, inside the ancient village, under the large basilica of Santa Margherita, where you can have a good breakfast sitting at the table or buy it to consume it in the comfort of the Villa.
