Located in Pimonte, in the province of Naples, La casa di Malù is composed of a large entrance hall, two bedrooms with double beds with the possibility of an extra bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen with stove, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, toaster and what is necessary to spend a satisfying holiday and finally. a large relaxation area with a sofa from which to admire a view surrounded by greenery. Every room has balconies. Its strategic position allows you to easily reach the splendid destinations offered by the provinces of Naples and Salerno: Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, Positano, the Excavations of Pompeii, Stabiae, Ercolano and Paestum, Naples, Salerno, Vietri sul Mare, Cetara , the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida, and much more. The apartment, located on the main road to Agerola, is easily accessible, is located on the third floor of a quiet and peaceful condominium. It has free Wi-Fi and private courtyard parking. A few meters from restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, butcher, tobacconist and Sita bus stop. A few kilometers away from the town it is possible to reach Castellammare di Stabia and Vico Equense, seaside resorts with free and private beaches.
From its position it is possible to reach the national park of Vesuvius (born June 5, 1995 for the great geological, biological and historical interest that its territory represents. The park develops around the Vesuvius volcano and its headquarters is located in the municipality of Ottaviano, province of Naples). In summer it is possible to enjoy pleasant and cool evenings, without forgetting the sea of the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts.

Nice spacious Apartment in the hills

Great to be accessible to all parts of Pompeii, Amalfi coastline and Sorrento. We spent 4 nights here used its as a base and so easy to drive around. After a long day, you can relax at the Italian restaurant across the road - good Italian food and dry aged steaks.

Perfect as a base for exploring the area

Spacious and well-equipped, good parking and wifi. We visited Naples for pizza/shopping, Sorrento, Capri, Positano, Amalfi. Definitely the highlight was Villa Cimbrone gardens in Ravello - transcendental. Enjoyed the balcony on rest days. Convenient supermarket called MD a mile down the hill. Watched Napoli games at several local restaurants. Good value

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil à notre arrivée, et à notre départ aussi, Adolfo est un hôte agréable, précis dans ses explications et plein d'énergie. En 12 jours, nous avons pu réaliser tous nos projets de visite, de tous les sites à Naples et aux alentours. L'hébergement était bien situé, surtout avec un parking sécurisé, l'appartement était spacieux, très fonctionnel, avec une belle vue sur la montagne et surtout loin du tumulte de la ville de Naples. Encore un grand merci à Adolfo pour son accueil.

schöne geräumige Wohnung

Wir waren im Juli/August dort und trotz warmer Außentemperaturen und ohne Klimaanlage hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Tagsüber haben wir die Rollos geschlossen, so dass die Wärme nicht in die Wohnung kam. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten Vesuv und Pompeji sind sehr gut zu erreichen und nicht weit weg von der Wohnung.

Le logement est très spacieux (2 grandes chambres avec grands lits, 2 salles d'eau ...et très clean !! Nous avons apprécié son implantation géographique (entre Herculanum et la côte amalfitaine), les panoramas sur les montagnes depuis les balcons de part et d'autres de l'appartement, la place de parking privatif. Beautiful apartment in a rural setting.

When we arrived we were greeted by Adolfo and his wife who showed us around. The apartment is fully equipped and meticulously clean and large with plenty of room for a family. The surrounding area is rural but if you dont want to hire a car it is very easy to get around all the sights. We visited pompei ruins, sorrento, capri. Amalfi and conca dei marini by public transport what a great adventure. On the Thursday of our visit Adolfo and his wife brought us local cakes which were delicious. Very close by are 2 supermarkets, a butchers, bakers a small bar/cafe and a selection of restaurants from very affordable to more expensive, all within walking distance. Thank you Adolfo and your family for a wonderful stay.

Une très bonne expérience à Casa Malù

Appartement en très bon état, très propre, très grand, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Une place de parking privé et fermé au pied de l'immeuble de 3 étages. L'appartement se situe au dernier étage d'un bâtiment de 3 étages (sans ascenseur), personne au dessus, et en dessous, les habitants sont très discrets. Seulement le coq et ses poules voisins :-) Pimonte est un joli petit village avec petit supermarché pour se dépanner, pour les grosses courses, préféré MD discount à Gragnano, le village en dessous, tout y est, et à des petits prix. Il y à de très bon restaurant à Pimonte et encore une fois à des prix très abordables. L'appartement est très bien situé et proche pour visite Pompéï, côte amalfitaine (attention au parking à l'arrache à Amalfi, les flics ne rigolent pas, j'ai du récupérer ma voiture à la fourrière, 120 boules de moins sur le budget vacances, et donc 120 de moins pour les commerçants locaux, moins de 500 places de parking, 10000 voitures, comment faire ???) bref, Mais aussi proche du Vésuve, de Naples, nous avons même fait tiré jusqu'à Paestum et Salerne. A propos de la conduite, le "style"Napolitain est plus qu'hasardeux, ça roule vite, bruyamment et n'importe comment, quand il n'y à pas de bouchons ! nous n'avons pas eu une journée sans bouchon en une semaine (nous y étions pendant les vacances de pâques). En journée, pour un trajet de 15 km, comptez une heure. La marée chaussée semble plus préoccupée par mettre des amendes sur les lieux de visites (en une semaine, une prune à Pompeï, et une voiture à la fourrière à Amalfi). Bref... Concernant Adolfo le propriétaire, il est très gentil et toujours près à rendre service, il prend régulièrement des nouvelles des ses voyageurs pour voir si tout se passe bien. Très content de notre séjour chez Adolfo, merci Casa Malù !

Een prachtig appartement! Je moet wel 60 treden op. Mooi uitzicht en allerlei voorzieningen.

Je hoeft niets mee te nemen. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. Er zijn ook thee- en handdoeken en kruiderijen. Een geweldige uitvalsbasis als je naar Pompeii en Ercolano wilt. Het appartement is heel schoon en de bedden zijn goed. Heel veel bergruimte. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Kortom zeer de moeite waard.

We, parents + two teenage children, spent a week at the Casa Malu. It has a secure parking space and provided a very good location to drive to Naples, Pompei, Amalfi coast and Sorrento. Adolfo and his sister were friendls and even brought along delicious local treats on one visit.

Grand et bel appartement

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très propre, avec un parking sécurisé et de grandes pièces. Bonne exposition est-ouest, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Adolfo et ses soeurs sont vraiment adorables et extrêmement prévenant. C'est très agréable, merci à eux (et les gâteaux étaient délicieux !). Les gens de la région sont gentils, renseignent facilement et donnent des conseils. Il est facile de se déplacer, tant du côté Naples et Pompéi que du côté de la côte Almafitaine. Encore merci !

Excellent value for money with beautiful views of the mountains

Adolfo’s apartment was fantastic and spacious and plenty big enough for four adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found Adolfo very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was situated within driving distance of both Sorrento and Positano although there is little in Pimonte although the local pizzeria is well worth a visit. This place offers excellent value for money if you are looking to see the Almalfi coast without wanting to pay a fortune for it. Thank you for an excellent holiday!

Très bon accueil, on veut y retourner

L'appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Du salon à la cuisine, en passant par les balcons avec vue sur les montagnes, toutes les pièces sont bien équipées et adaptées pour une famille, quelque soit la durée du séjour. Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Les enfant ont apprécié la TV dans leur chambre. Pimonte est bien situé en montagne, à 15-20 mn des Ruines de Pompeii (en comptant la recherche de parking et un manque de réussite avec la navigation GPS ...). Adolfo et Teresa nous ont très bien accueilli avec leurs conseils et leur prévenance. Ils nous également aidés avant notre arrivée pour préparer notre séjour. Pour se rendre à la plage : comme dans les autres zones montagneuses d'Italie du Sud il y a peu de plages libres d'accès et peu de parking gratuits. Nous sommes allés en fin d'a-m à la Spiaggia Calcina et avons payé 3€ le parking. Vue sur le Vésuve, mer chaude et poissonneuse.

Beautiful scenic location with all the amenities!

Our family of four aged 13 to 80 found plenty of nearby attractions like the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Herculaneum and more. Next door was a wonderful winery and a great restaurant within a block. Adolfo, the owner was extremely accommodating. He even took time to show us the area. Truly a wonderful stay!

Große, schön ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhigem Haus mit schöner Aussicht von den 3 Balkonen in die Umgebung . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Sorrent-Halbinsel, Neapel, Pompeji. Wegen unseres späten Aufenthalts im Oktober wurde es abends kühl in der Wohnung, der Vermieter brachte uns noch eine zusätzliche elektrische Heizung.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Grand, éclairé, avec de grands balcons et toutes les commodités. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver l'appartement mais les propriétaires sont venus nous chercher... Très propre, bien situé pour découvrir la côte Amalfitaine, Pompéi etc. Rien à redire sauf le chant du coq à 4h du matin... Bof c'est les vacances!
