It is an apartment on a second floor that is accessed from Cadiz Street (pedestrian) by common stairs. It consists of a spacious living room with a terrace with excellent sea views. You can see the entire beach from El Palmar in a continuum to the Conil lighthouse. It consists of two bedrooms. The marriage with sea views as well as the lounge and terrace where you can enjoy your own breakfast, lunch and dinner with the same views as the best restaurants in the area. The other bedroom has two single beds with a window that overlooks Cadiz Street. In addition to a large independent kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.

Super schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betreuung vor Ort perfekt. Bei Problemen wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Im Frühling bis Herbst ein tolle Wohnung. Für den Winter leider nicht zu empfehlen da schaffen es die Radiatoren nicht die Wohnung zu heizen.

Ubicación buenísima y muy limpio

La comunicación tanto con Juani como con Bernardo ha sido muy buena ,sin esperas . El piso está muy bien ubicado ,en la zona de bares y tiendas turísticos . Una habitación y la sala da a una calle sin locales ,es decir ,sin ruidos .La otra da a una calle principal pero no hay ruidos

Super Lage alles war perfekt!

Check in super freundlich, bei Fragen direkte und schnelle Antworten via WhatsApp, traumhafte Lage, perfekt zum Surfen, da direkter Blick vom Balkon auf den Strand und nur drei Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Wasser. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Helt underbar liten ort med fantastiska stränder vid Atlanten. Utbudet av restauranger och caféer är mer än tillräckligt. Upplevelsen är att det främst är en semesterort för spanjorer.

ALLOGGIO SUPER!

La casa di Rafael, credo di poter affermare senza sbagliarmi, è tra le migliori in Conil. Vista a 180° sull’oceano poiché tra i palazzi più alti. Ha un grande e comodo balcone sul quale abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e cenato. L’appartamento è ben tenuto, molto spazioso ed i locali sono ben distribuiti. E’ tra i rari casi in cui posso affermare che non manca nulla. Mi riferisco a quelle piccole cose molto utili che non trovi mai nelle case di vacanza (stoviglie, spugne, mollette, coltelli, un grande frigorifero con freezer, attaccapanni, mensole in bagno, ecc.). La realtà dell’alloggio è di gran lunga superiore rispetto alle foto pubblicate. La posizione è strategica in quanto verso l’affaccio più paesaggistico permane una tranquillità assoluta e senti sempre le onde dell’oceano in lontananza. Mentre sul retro del fabbricato con poche rampe di scale sei in una delle più caratteristiche strade di Conil. La fortuna è che sotto alle finestre dell’altra camera non vi sono ristoranti o bar. La sera si sente un lievissimo mormorio ma che non da alcun fastidio. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento pulitissimo e ben fornito. Anche i rapporti con Juani che ha fatto da tramite ottimi!. Mi permetto solamente di segnalare che con il grande caldo di fine Agosto abbiamo avuto un po di difficoltà a dormire con i soli ventilatori. Per essere al top occorrerebbe installare il condizionatore perché in futuro le temperature saranno sempre più alte. A parte ciò, appartamento super consigliato!

Muchas gracias por tus comentarios. Quizás aclarar que es normal algo de ruido por estar en pleno centro y en calle peatonal pero se compensa sobradamente gracias a la comodidad de bajar y estar en casco antiguo, la cercanía a la playa y maravillosas vistas desde la terraza y dormitorio.

Perfektes Appartement

Wir waren 2 Personen ( Mutter & Tochter) und von 27. Mai bis 6. Juni 2022 in dem Appartement von Rafael. Es hat uns super gefallen, denn die Lage zum Meer und in den Ort sind einfach perfekt. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir die Wunderschöne Aussicht und bis in den Abend genießen . Die Beschreibung des Appartements ist so wie beschrieben mit 2 Schlafzimmern, also für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Eines Richtung Meer ausgerichtet und das andere Richtung belebter Calle Cádiz . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Aussicht auf den Atlantik

Perfekte , zentrale Lage, dafür muss man natürlich in Kauf nehmen, dass es etwas lauter ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gut gelegene, geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Die Wohnung ist auch für einen Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison - Anfang März - gut geeignet. Es gibt funktionierende Elektroradiatoren, zwei kuschelige Decken für Sofa oder Balkonstuhl und ausreichende und gute Leselampen. Gläser, Geschirr und Töpfe sind ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Für Menschen, die im Urlaub gern selbst mit den lokalen Zutaten kochen, sind allerdings die zwei Kochstellen nur bedingt geeignet. Für Teetrinker wäre ein Wasserkocher schön. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche und haben den Meerblick und das Meeresrauschen sehr genossen.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Ausblick

Es war ein rundum wunderbarer Urlaub in dieser so günstig gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Alles war picobello sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Sehr bequeme Betten und dazu das Meeresrauschen ließen uns herrlich schlafen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist großartig. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Calle Cádiz, die alles bietet, was man sich wünscht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Und nochmal vielen Dank an Juani, die uns einen frühen Check-in ermöglichte und uns bei der Abreise noch ein Taxi bestellt hat. Das war sehr lieb von ihr.

Tolles Appartement

Das Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist gut geschnitten, alles ist super gepflegt, 100%ig sauber und nichts verwohnt, die Einrichtung hell und freundlich. Besonders schön ist der Blick von der Terrasse über den Strand aufs Meer. Das Appartement hat ein vollständiges Bad und ein separates WC mit Waschbecken. Die Lage ist nah zum Strand und mitten im Ort an einer Straße zwar ohne Autos, aber mit zahlreichen lebhaften Lokalen. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmern war es daher bis sehr spät in die Nacht ziemlich laut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer z.B. zu Check in/Check out lief jederzeit ganz unkompliziert, nett und schnell. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Conil de la Frontera reisen, werden wir das Appartement erneut buchen.

Estancia súper agradable

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda, la ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y luminoso y una terraza que hemos disfrutado muchísimo con unas vistas increíbles. La única pega es que ya de vuelta a nuestra ciudad, lo echamos de menos.

Maravillosa estancia

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El piso está muy céntrico y a muy poquita distancia de la playa. De hecho no es la primera vez que vamos y esperamos seguir repitiendo.

Muy bien. Muy atento el propietario y Juani, la persona que nos recibió. Situado el piso en pleno centro del pueblo y muy cerca de la playa, todo muy limpio y cómodo. De hecho, ésta ha sido nuestra segunda vez ☺️

Perfect Holidays

We loved the apartment so much from the first minute. It is spacious, bright, and has the most incredible view over the roofs of Conil and the sea! It is so great to start your day with a coffee on the balcony with this view. The kitchen has everything you need and maybe more:) The apartment is close to all the shops and restaurants and also to the beach. And the little street it is on is very charming. Lastly, the hosts are very nice and answer quickly to your questions. Thank you so much for everything!!! It was just perfect!

very nice & clean apartment with an incredible vue !!!

I spend over two weeks at Rafael's apartment in Conil.. Since day one I felt at home and once I discovered the incredible vue in live overlooking all the beaches till El Palmar, I really felt very priviliged ! The stay in this apartment maked me very happy :) The town of Conil and all the beaches are super nice too ! I'm going back for sure :)

Zentrale Lage mit tollem Meerblick

Ich war im Oktober 2018 für eine Woche zu Gast in dem Appartement. Die Lage ist sehr zentral im schönen Ort Conil, es war drinnen aber dennoch ruhig. Zum Reisezeitpunkt war der Ort allerdings nicht mehr so stark besucht wie in der Hauptzeit, das soll hier nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Als Selbstversorger habe ich alles vorgefunden, was man so braucht. Dadurch ist man nicht zwingend auf eines der vielen umliegenden Restaurants angewiesen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert und die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Conil würde ich das Appartement wieder buchen. Für ein gutes Gefühl hat auf jeden Fall auch der Balkon mit direktem Meerblick inklusive Meeresrauschen beigetragen.

Great comfortable apartment with great view

We had a great holiday and we would recommend this apartment. The location in Conil is excellent, the view from the spacious terrace fantastic, the furniture, the bed and bedding all nice, modern and new. Waking up and have a view to the sea from the bed was amazing. We had all we needed. A sun filled place to enjoy holidays. Step outside into the village with lovely shops and nice Restaurants and it is only a short few minutes walk to the wonderful wide and long beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and Conil.
