AiIX EN PROVENCE is located in a region with a warm climate, you can make beautiful walks on the way to the Sainte Victoire or walk in the Aix countryside, we are on the wine route (hillsides of Aix and Cote de Provence If you want to spend a day at the sea you take a boat to the small port of CASSIS and go see the CALANQUES you can be dropped 2a3 hours at the creek or EPS with pic nic, you swim and the boat takes you back on the return.

Lovely house with pool

We had a great holiday here - very comfortable- loads of room - lovely pool - gas bbq great - big terrace with large table outside for dining - table tennis table too - Jocelyn was really helpful too - only suggestion would maybe be to get some new comfy pillows for beds - but thats really being fussy - wonderful stay with 4 adults and 2 teen girls

Had everything we needed

We spent a weekend in this villa as a base for day trips in the area. Jocelyne is a great host, with good comms exchange and follow up. The pool and outdoor area is the jewel. The kids loved it and we had a great bbq. The villa is dated but as depicted in the pictures. Good value for money. Need own vehicle, no Uber collection from this area! Merci Jocelyne!

Un petit coin de paradis

SĂ©jour de rĂȘve dans une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec un jardin superbe et une piscine incroyable permettant aux enfants d’en profiter avec des profondeurs diffĂ©rentes, aux adultes de faire des longueurs
. Un environnement calme et une propriĂ©taire adorable qui nous a accueilli « comme en famille », qui a Ă©tĂ© incroyablement rĂ©active lors d’un petit problĂšme de lave vaisselle et globalement trĂšs Ă  l’écoute en restant trĂšs discrĂšte. Oui vraiment un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve et l’envie de pouvoir Ă  nouveau en profiter. Tout semble rĂ©flĂ©chi pour une douceur de vivre bien agrĂ©able.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Nous recommandons sans hésiter, l'hote est à l'écoute et disponible. Seul point négatif : Pas de climatisation dans les chambres à l'étage et il y fait trÚs chaud en été. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont bien entretenus.

Sehr gut gepflegtes Anwesen. RasenflĂ€che hinter dem Pool besser bewĂ€ssern. Gartenunterhalt wird ein wenig vernachlĂ€ssigt obwohl sehr viele blĂŒtenzragende StrĂ€ucher und BĂ€ume vorhanden sind. Die Vermieterin ist eine angemehme Dame die fĂŒr alle Anliegen ein offenes Ohr hat. Kommen gerne wieder in dieses Haus zurĂŒck!

Es ist nicht nur die NĂ€he zu Aix on provence, die dieses Objekt so besonders macht. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, ein besonderer garten mit vielen Pflanzen, der mit einem grĂŒnen und glĂŒcklichen HĂ€ndchen gestaqltet wurde und dem ganzen ein besonderes Ambiente bietet. Jolie maison provençale dans un coin de verdure

La maison est bien équipée et le coin piscine jardin est trÚs joli. Il y a un barbecue, une grande table et un coin avec canapé pour apéro - farniente. La piscine est grande et bien exposée. Le seul bémol est qu'il manque dans la maison un petit dépliant sur l'usage de la maison. Nous avons eu des petits soucis de disjoncteur dont il était difficile de trouver la source vu notre méconnaissance de la maison. De plus, en arrivant, la cuisine était moyennement propre, par exemple le sol de la cuisine collait... la plaque à induction fendue et le store extérieur inutilisable. La climatisation fonctionnait bien et rendait l'intérieur trÚs agréable en période de canicule. Les literies trÚs confortables, nous avons bien dormi. Le portail électrique garantit une intimité et une sécurité bien appréciable. Merci à Jocelyne... En résumé un séjour sympathique, quelques détails à améliorer cependant.

Une maison agréable et une situation idéale pour profiter de la région.

Quelques petits soucis techniques, avec le portail qui est un peu capricieux par moment, la connexion pour la Tv qui est trĂšs mauvaise et une toile de stor en terrasse qui est hors service et qui a trĂšs bien vĂ©cu. Puis le mĂ©nage mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre plus prĂ©cis et complet, car c'est aussi un point important dans une location. Mais si non une bonne location, un espace piscine fort apprĂ©ciable, des chambres spacieuse et une propriĂ©taire disponible et agrĂ©able.

Des vacances au calme...

Maison tres agrĂ©able a vivre, au calme; superbe piscine malgres un problĂšme de filtration qui ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© d’en profiter pleinement; le jardin est fleuri , il y a plusieurs endroits pour se reposer a l’ombre ;un accueil sympathique et la situation a 5mns d’aix est pratique!

Globalement notre séjour fut trÚs &agréable. Je recommande cette maison. Toutefois, je préviens sur les points suivants ( somme toute désagréables ) : - envahis de moustique - nous avons passé 1h par jour a nettoyer la piscine car robot en panne - le frigo fuyait également - donc essuyer par terre réguliÚrement. Pour un prix relativement élevé, nous attendons qu'un robot de piscine fonctionne; c'est le minimum

De woning was prima uitgerust! Eigenaars heel vriendelijk, en doen er alles aan om verblijf zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Heel rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij de stad Aix.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances avec nos enfants et petits enfants de 7 à 2 ans. La maison est trÚs propre, l'équipement général est confortable et complet, la piscine est bien sécurisée et ses escaliers sont trÚs pratiques pour les petits, la disposition de la cuisine, du salon et de la terrasse est conviviale , elle permet de préparer les repas tranquillement, le barbecue a eu du succÚs. L'environnement est trÚs agréable à quelques minutes d'Aix et d'Eguilles, charmant petit village perché. Les propriétaires sont trÚs attentif au confort de leurs locataires.
